DOG Cage Assembly Instructions and User Guide

Important Information

Please read the entire manual before starting to assemble and/or using this product. Follow the manual thoroughly and keep it for further reference.

Assembly Tips

• Avoid Scratches: Assemble this furniture on a soft surface, such as a rug, to prevent scratches.
• Improve Efficiency: Find a partner to assist with installation. This can speed up the process and shorten the assembly time.

Anti-Topple Warning

Overturned furniture can cause serious or fatal crush injuries. To prevent tipping over, always use the provided anti-tip device. If not included, please purchase a wall attachment suitable for your wall. If unsure, seek professional advice. Read and follow each step of the instructions carefully.

Maintenance and Care

It is important that any product assembled with screws is re-tightened 2 weeks after assembly, and then every 3 months to ensure stability throughout its lifespan.

For regular maintenance and cleaning of the frame, use a rag dipped in neutral detergent, wipe thoroughly, and then dry with a clean rag. For glass materials, wipe with a rag dampened with glass cleaner and then dry with a dry rag.

Do not use an electric screwdriver or excessive force during installation, as the board can easily break.

Parts List

When installing, carefully confirm that each screw corresponds to the manual. Accessories with similar shapes can be distinguished by size.

• A: Eccentric Rod, Ø6 x 35 mm (x26+2)
• B: Cam Lock, Ø15 x 12 mm (x26+2)
• C: Wooden Dowel, Ø6 x 30 mm (x24+2)
• D: Hinge (x2)
• E: Bolt, 3.5 x 14 mm (x6)
• F: Screw, 3 x 16 mm (x6)
• G: Sticker, Ø20 mm (x26)
• H: Sticker, 50 x 15 mm (x6)

Important Safety Warning: Furniture Tip-Over Prevention

Children have died from furniture tip-over. To reduce the risk of furniture tip-over:

• Always install the provided Anti-tip device.
• Never place a TV on this product.
• Never allow children to stand, climb, or hang on drawers, doors, or shelves.
• Never open more than one drawer at a time.
• Place heaviest items in the lowest drawers.

This is a permanent label. Do not remove!

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Prepare Boards 2 and 8

Screw eccentric rod (A) into the designated holes on boards 2 (base) and 8 (back support). Insert wooden dowels (C) into the corresponding holes on the same boards.

Step 2: Attach Boards 5 and 6 to Board 2

Attach boards 5 (left side) and 6 (right side) to board 2 (base). Insert cam locks (B) into the holes on boards 5 and 6, and rotate them clockwise [180° turn] to secure them to the eccentric rods on board 2.

Step 3: Attach Board 8 to Boards 5 and 6

Attach board 8 (back support) to the already attached boards 5 and 6. Insert cam locks (B) into boards 5 and 6, and rotate them clockwise [180° turn] to secure them to the eccentric rods on board 8.

Step 4: Prepare Boards 3 and 4

Screw eccentric rods (A) into the designated holes on boards 3 (left front) and 4 (right front). Insert wooden dowels (C) into the corresponding holes on the same boards.

Step 5: Connect Front Panels

Connect the front panels (boards 3 and 4) to the assembled structure (boards 2, 5, 6, and 8). Insert cam locks (B) into boards 5, 6, and 8, and rotate them clockwise [180° turn] to secure them to the eccentric rods on boards 3 and 4.

Step 6: Secure Board 2

Insert cam locks (B) into the remaining holes on board 2 and turn them clockwise [180° turn] to tighten.

Step 7: Insert Back Panel

Slide the back panel (board 9) into the grooves provided on the side and back panels.

Step 8: Prepare Top Panel and Door Plate

Screw eccentric rods (A) into board 1 (top panel). Insert wooden dowels (C) into board 1. Separately, fix hinges (D) and bolts (E) to the door plate (board 7) as indicated.

Step 9: Attach Top Panel

Place the top panel (board 1) onto the assembled cage structure. Insert cam locks (B) into boards 3, 8, and 4, and rotate them clockwise [180° turn] to secure the top panel.

Step 10: Attach Door Plate

Attach the door plate (board 7) to the right side panel (board 6) using the hinges (D) as shown. Fix bolts (E) to the left side panel (board 5) as indicated.

Step 11: Secure Back Slots and Top

Insert buckles (F) into the designated back slots and fix them using screws (F) as shown. Place the lid (part 10) onto board 1.

Step 12: Cover Cam Lock Holes

Apply stickers (H) over the visible cam lock holes for a finished look.

Warranty Information

Warranty Claims

• There is a 30-day warranty for broken furniture or other problems that do not work properly. The warranty starts from the date of purchase, verified by proof of purchase.
• Before making a claim, please call to discuss your query. Provide your purchase order number and details of the problem for replacement parts. We will respond within 48 hours. If a part is out of stock, we will reply with a shipping date.
• The product must be used in accordance with the provided instructions for health reasons.
• If the furniture needs to be returned for other reasons, it must be cleaned, dried, and the return initiated within 30 days of receipt.

Type of Warranty Claim

• Failure to follow assembly instructions will invalidate the warranty.
• The warranty does not cover damage during installation but does cover damage during transportation.

Scope of Responsibility

• The manufacturer shall not bear responsibility for misuse, user damage, or loss of parts during installation.
• Damage and scratches incurred after use are not covered by the warranty.

Warranty Coverage Areas (US)

• Sheet parts: 1 month from the date of purchase.
• Electrical parts: 1 month from the date of purchase.

Damaged Items
