The Reolink TrackMix features an antenna, mount, status LED, spotlight, infrared light, built-in microphone, lens, daylight sensor, PIR sensor, and power port. The status LED indicates connection status: red for failure, blue for success, blinking for standby, and solid for working.
Mobile Setup: Download the Reolink App, power on the camera, and scan the QR code on the device using the app to complete the initial setup.
PC Setup: Download and install the Reolink Client from the official website. Power on the camera, launch the client, and add the camera by inputting its UID code.
It is recommended to fully charge the battery before installation. The camera can be charged using a power adapter or the Reolink Solar Panel. The charging indicator LED shows orange while charging and green when fully charged.
Mount the camera 2-3 meters above the ground for optimal PIR sensor detection range. Install angularly for better motion detection. Avoid facing light sources or glass windows. Ensure the power port is protected from moisture. The camera is designed to operate in temperatures as low as -25°C.
Wall Mounting: Drill holes using the provided template, install the mount base with screws, and adjust the camera direction via the Reolink App or Client.
Ceiling Mounting: Similar to wall mounting, use the template and screws to install the mount base, then adjust the camera's pan and tilt.
The battery is built-in and should not be removed. Use only approved chargers or Reolink solar panels. Charge and use the battery within specified temperature ranges. Keep the charging port clean and dry. Do not expose the battery to ignition sources. Dispose of used batteries according to local regulations.
Guidance is provided for common issues such as the camera not powering on, failed QR code scanning, WiFi connection problems, and unclear picture quality. For unresolved issues, contact Reolink Support.
Key specifications include infrared night vision up to 15 meters, auto day/night mode, and a specific field of view. Operating temperature ranges from -10°C to +55°C.
