What's in the Box
The package typically includes:
- Camera: The Reolink TrackMix Wired LTE device.

Camera Introduction
Main Camera Unit (Side View)
The camera features the following components:
- Mount: The adjustable mounting bracket.
- Nano SIM Card Slot: For inserting a cellular SIM card.
- Reset Button: Press with a [pin-icon] to restore factory settings.
- Power Switch: To turn the camera on or off.
- Antenna: For cellular network connectivity.
- Spotlight: An integrated light for illumination.
- Infrared Light: For night vision.
- Built-in Mic: For audio recording.
- Status LED: Indicates the camera's operational status.
- Lens: The optical component for capturing images.
- Daylight Sensor: Detects ambient light levels.
- PIR Sensor: Passive Infrared sensor for motion detection.
- Power Port: Connection for power supply.
Rear View Components
The rear of the camera includes:
- Speaker: For audio output, such as alerts or voice prompts.
- Micro SD Card Slot: For local storage of video recordings.
Set up the Camera
Activate SIM Card for the Camera
- Use a Nano SIM card that supports WCDMA and FDD LTE.
- If your SIM card has a PIN code, disable it using your smartphone first.
- NOTE: Do not insert IoT or M2M SIM cards into your smartphone.
Insert the SIM Card
Follow these steps:
- Remove the cover using a [screwdriver-icon].
- Insert a SIM-eject tool into the hole next to the SIM tray and push to pop open the tray.
- Place the Nano SIM card into the tray.
- Insert the tray completely into the camera.
Register the SIM Card
After inserting the SIM card, turn on the camera. Observe the LED indicators:
- A red light will be on and solid for a few seconds, then turn off.
- A blue LED will flash for a few seconds, then go solid before turning off.
- A voice prompt, "Network connection succeeded," indicates successful connection to the network.
Setup via Reolink App
Step 1: Download the Reolink App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Step 2: Loosen the screw, remove the camera cover, and turn on the [power-switch-icon].
Step 3: Launch the Reolink App, tap the [add-device-icon] button in the top right corner to add the camera. Scan the QR code on the device and follow the on-screen instructions.
Setup via Reolink Client (PC - Optional)
Step 1: Download and install the Reolink Client from reolink.com > Support > App & Client.
Step 2: Loosen the screw, remove the camera cover, and turn on the [power-switch-icon].
Step 3: Launch the Reolink Client, tap the [add-device-icon] button, input the camera's UID code, and follow the on-screen instructions.
Troubleshooting Common Setup Issues

Charge the Camera
It is recommended to fully charge the battery before mounting the camera outdoors.
- Charge the battery using a power adapter (not included).
- Charge the battery using a Reolink Solar Panel (not included if purchased separately).

Install the Camera
Installation Guidelines
- Mount the camera 2-3 meters (7-10 ft) above the ground for optimal PIR motion sensor detection range.
- For improved motion detection, install the camera at an angle.
- NOTE: If a moving object approaches the PIR sensor vertically, motion detection may fail.

Installation Tips
- Avoid facing the camera directly towards light sources.
- Do not point the camera at a glass window, as it can cause glare and affect image quality due to infrared LEDs or ambient light.
- Ensure consistent lighting conditions for both the camera and the subject for best image quality. Avoid placing the camera in a shaded area pointing towards a well-lit area.
- Protect the [power-port-icon] from water, moisture, and dirt.
- While the camera is waterproof and can withstand rain and snow, it is not designed for underwater use.
- Avoid installing the camera where rain or snow can directly hit the lens.
Mount the Camera to the Wall
Follow these steps:
- Drill holes according to the mounting hole template.
- Install the mount base using the included screws.
- Adjust the camera's direction (pan and tilt) using the Reolink App or Client.
- NOTE: Use the provided drywall anchors if necessary.
Mount the Camera to the Ceiling
Follow similar steps as wall mounting, attaching the bracket and camera to the ceiling.
Install the Camera with Loop Strap
Secure the mounting plate to the mount base with screws and thread the provided strap through the plate.
Safety Instructions of Battery Usage
The camera is designed for motion event recording and remote live viewing, not continuous 24/7 full-capacity operation. For tips on extending battery life, visit: support.reolink.com.
- The battery is built-in and cannot be removed.
- Charge the battery using a standard DC 5V/9V battery charger or a Reolink solar panel. Do not use solar panels from other brands.
- Charge the battery between 0°C and 45°C (32°F to 113°F). Use the battery between 3°C and 50°C (37.4°F to 122°F).
- Do not charge, use, or store the battery near ignition sources like fire or heaters.
- Do not use the battery if it exhibits abnormal signs such as odor, excessive heat, discoloration, or deformation. If any abnormality occurs during charging or use, immediately turn off the [power-switch-icon] or remove the charger and stop using it.
- Dispose of used batteries according to local waste and recycling laws.
Troubleshooting
Camera is not Powering On
- Ensure the [power-switch-icon] is turned on.
- Charge the battery using a DC 5V/2A power adapter. The green light ? indicates a full charge.
- If issues persist, contact Reolink Support at support.reolink.com.
PIR Sensor Fails to Trigger Alarm
- Verify the PIR sensor or camera is installed in the correct orientation.
- Ensure the PIR sensor is enabled and its schedule is properly configured and running.
- Check and adjust the sensitivity settings.
- Confirm the battery is functional.
- Reset the camera and try again.
- If issues persist, contact Reolink Support at support.reolink.com.
Unable to Receive Push Notifications
- Confirm that push notifications are enabled in the app settings.
- Ensure the PIR schedule is correctly set up.
- Check your phone's network connection.
- Verify the camera is connected to the internet. A solid red or flickering red LED indicator under the daylight sensor signifies a disconnection.
- On your phone, go to System Settings and enable "Allow Notifications" for the Reolink App.
- If issues persist, contact Reolink Support at support.reolink.com.
