Assembly Steps
- Step 1: Attach Part 3 and Part 5 to the base structure using Screws A (x1 each) and Cam Bolts C (x10 total).
- Step 2: Connect Part 5 to the side structure using Screws F (x12) and Rods N (x6).
- Step 3: Attach Support Bar 11 to Panel 10 using Cam Bolts C (x2) and Screw E (x1).
- Step 4: Join Panel 10 and Panel 5 using Cam Bolts C (x2) and Screws D (x2).
- Step 5: Secure Part 6 to Panels 10 and 5 using Cam Locks B (x2) and Cam Bolts C (x2).
- Step 6: Connect Part 3 to the main assembly using Cam Locks B (x5) and Cam Bolts C (x4).
- Step 7: Attach Part 2 and Part 8 to the assembly using Cam Locks B (x3) and Cam Bolts C (x2).
- Step 8: Attach Part 4 to the assembly using Screws A (x6).
- Step 9: Connect Part 4 to the main structure using Cam Locks B (x6) and Cam Bolts C (x3).
- Step 10: Insert Back Panel Inserts 17 into the designated slots.
- Step 11: Attach Top Panel 1 to the structure using Screws A (x8), Screw G (x2), and Hinge Plate I (x1).
- Step 12: Secure Top Panel 1 using Cam Locks B (x6) and Cam Bolts C (x8).
- Step 13: Attach Drawer Base 7 to the drawer runners using Handle J (x4).
- Step 14: Assemble the door: Attach Bracket H (x1) and Drawer Runner L (x2) to Door 9 using Screws F (x5), Screw U (x1), and Screw V (x1).
- Step 15: Attach the assembled Door 9 to the cabinet using Screws F (x4).
- Step 16: Assemble three drawer units: Connect Drawer Sides 13 and 14 to Drawer Back 15 using Screws T (x4 per unit).
- Step 17: Insert Drawer Bottom 16 into the assembled drawer sides.
- Step 18: Attach Drawer Runners 12 to the cabinet structure using Screws T (x4 per unit).
- Step 19: Insert the assembled drawers into the cabinet using Screws M (x6).
- Step 20: Attach handles/knobs to the drawers and door using hardware B (x2), F (x2), G (x4), K (x4), R (x2).
Wall Anchoring Guide
To ensure stability and safety, it is recommended to anchor the cabinet to the wall. Follow these steps based on your wall type:
1. Drywall or Plaster with Wood Stud:
- Mark the attachment point(s) with a pencil at the desired height, ensuring it is over a wood stud.
- Drill a pilot hole with a diameter matching the screw into the wood stud at the marked height.
- Secure the screw firmly into the wood stud.
2. Drywall or Plaster without Wood Stud:
- Mark the attachment point(s) with a pencil at the desired height.
- Drill a hole with a diameter matching the plastic anchor through the wall at the marked height.
- Insert the plastic anchor into the hole, using a hammer if necessary.
- Insert the screw into the plastic anchor firmly, but do not over-tighten.
3. Masonry (Brick, Concrete, Stone):
- Mark the attachment point(s) with a pencil at the desired height.
- Drill a hole with a diameter and depth matching the plastic anchor through the wall at the marked height.
- Insert the plastic anchor into the hole, using a hammer if necessary.
- Insert the screw into the plastic anchor firmly, but do not over-tighten.
Important Safety Note: If the screw cannot be secured to the wall, please keep the product away from children.
If your wall material is not listed or you have questions, consult your local hardware store.
Additional Anchoring: Use straps (S x2) for extra security as shown in the diagrams.
