Samsung Voucher Live IM 15 de Julio Promotion Terms and Conditions

I. Promotion Identification

Promotion Name: VOUCHER Live IM 15 de Julio (the “PROMOTION”).

Promotion Validity: PROMOTION valid from July 15, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. until July 15, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. or while supplies last, whichever occurs first.

Units Available for the PROMOTION: 500 units of the BENEFIT object of the PROMOTION are available among all references and Authorized Participating Stores.

Territory Applicable to the PROMOTION: PROMOTION valid nationwide.

Applicable Channels for the PROMOTION: PROMOTION valid in online channels of Authorized Participating Stores, as defined below.

II. Preliminary Considerations

This document sets forth the terms, conditions, and restrictions that will govern the individuals (“CLIENT” and collectively the “CLIENTS”, as further specified) who participate in the PROMOTION (hereinafter “T&C”). Participation in the PROMOTION and acceptance of the benefit granted by SAMSUNG implies knowledge and unconditional acceptance of these T&C. III. Specific Promotion Conditions

1. Object: For attending the live event held on July 15, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. through the channels mentioned in numeral 5 of these T&C, the CLIENT will have access to a promotional code indicated during the live event, which will correspond to an immediate discount of COP$100,000 (“BENEFIT”) for the products mentioned in the “Mobile” category in numeral 3 of these T&C (“PRODUCTS”). The CLIENT will have until July 15, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. to redeem the BENEFIT.

   The foregoing is subject to the CLIENT complying with all the requirements and conditions indicated in these T&C.

2. Authorized Participating Stores: The Authorized Participating Stores for the PROMOTION are the following:

3. Products and Units: The products (hereinafter “PRODUCTS”) are indicated below, from the “Mobile” category. However, the purchase of the PRODUCT is subject to its availability in the Authorized Participating Stores at the time of purchase:

4. Clients: CLIENTS of the PROMOTION are understood as natural persons over 18 years of age.

5. Mechanics: CLIENTS may access the PROMOTION by accessing the online channels of the Authorized Participating Stores and purchasing the PRODUCT, within the dates of the PROMOTION, paying with any authorized means by each Authorized Participating Store.

   To access the PROMOTION, the CLIENT must consider the following mechanics:

   • The CLIENT must enter the Authorized Participating Store and access the live event held on July 15, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. from: (i) https://www.samsung.com/co
   • During the live event, a promotional code corresponding to the BENEFIT will be provided, which CLIENTS must note down for later use.
   • The CLIENT will have until July 15, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. to redeem the BENEFIT in the Authorized Participating Stores.
   • To redeem the BENEFIT, the CLIENT must enter the Authorized Participating Store.
   • The CLIENT will add the PRODUCT of their choice, which is available, to the shopping cart.
   • The CLIENT must go to the shopping cart page where, in the lower left section under “discount coupon”, they must enter the code indicated in the live event to access the BENEFIT.
   • The CLIENT must verify that the DISCOUNT BENEFIT has been applied, by virtue of the BENEFIT applicable to each PRODUCT included in numeral 3 of these T&C, and must follow the steps to complete their purchase.

6. Special Conditions of the BENEFIT: The BENEFIT will have the following special conditions:

   • The PROMOTION is cumulative with the first purchase.
   • The PROMOTION will only be applied to purchases with a minimum amount of COP$2,000,000.
   • The BENEFIT may be used a maximum of one (1) transaction per CLIENT.

IV. General Promotion Conditions

1. Upon acquiring the PROMOTION, the CLIENT will be accepting in its entirety all that is indicated in these T&C.

2. Each Authorized Participating Store may determine at its discretion the prices of the PRODUCTS, and the points of sale where the PROMOTION can be accessed, taking into account the applicable territory described in Section I “Promotion Identification” of these T&C.

3. In the case of the online channel participating, each Authorized Participating Store may determine, at its discretion, the totality of the conditions of mode, time, and place of shipment and delivery of the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS, as applicable. For this purpose, the CLIENT, before making their purchase, must contact the Authorized Participating Store where they intend to access the PROMOTION to obtain more information about the delivery and shipment of the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS.

4. The CLIENT acknowledges and accepts that, in the event the BENEFIT is a product available in various colors, the Authorized Participating Stores will grant the CLIENT the product in the color that is available.

5. The available units and references correspond to those indicated in this document; therefore, if they are exhausted prior to the dates indicated in these T&C, the PROMOTION will terminate.

6. The warranty applicable to the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS will be the quality warranty granted by SAMSUNG for each PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT, provided that SAMSUNG is the producer of these. If any PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT of the PROMOTION has a producer different from SAMSUNG, the warranty that will apply will be the one established by the producer of the PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT in question.

7. If the CLIENT exercises their right of withdrawal regarding the acquired PRODUCT, provided that said PRODUCT is subject to withdrawal, the CLIENT must return the PRODUCT along with the BENEFIT, in case the latter has been delivered. The conditions for withdrawal will apply as defined by law and in accordance with the instructions established by each Authorized Participating Store.

8. The BENEFIT is not exchangeable for cash, bank account deposits, credit or debit card deposits, nor for any other transaction or benefit different from what is described in the T&C.

9. SAMSUNG reserves the right to modify, clarify, or add to the T&C at any time and for any reason. For this purpose, the updated T&C will be published on the page: https://www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc/. It will be understood that by such publication, CLIENTS are notified and, therefore, these conditions become applicable to the CLIENTS of the PROMOTION.

10. SAMSUNG and the Authorized Participating Stores are solely responsible for the PROMOTION and the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS. Consequently, and in case of any claim regarding the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS, said claim will be handled through SAMSUNG's Call Center, via WhatsApp number (+57) 3138698800, or through the customer service channels of each of the Authorized Participating Stores.

11. When one or all of the Authorized Participating Stores correspond to SAMSUNG's online channel, SAMSUNG commits to protecting the security of CLIENTS' personal information. For these purposes, SAMSUNG uses various technologies and security procedures that help protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, and use. For example, personal information provided is stored in limited access systems, located in controlled facilities. 12. When one or all of the Authorized Participating Stores correspond to a store different from SAMSUNG's online channel, the respective Authorized Participating Store where the PROMOTION is acquired will be responsible for the personal data collected under the PROMOTION. For this purpose, the CLIENT may consult the personal data protection policy of the Authorized Participating Store on its website. The Authorized Participating Stores commit to protecting the security of CLIENTS' personal information. For its part, SAMSUNG acts as the data processor for the data collected under the PROMOTION, which is why the treatment of said data will be carried out in accordance with the personal data protection policy of the corresponding Authorized Participating Store.

13. These T&C respond to and comply with Colombian laws.
