Samsung Live Shopping: 25% Discount Code for Galaxy S25 Series Devices

1. Organizer

The organizer of the "LIVE SHOPPING: 25% DISCOUNT CODE FOR GALAXY S25 SERIES DEVICES" promotion (hereinafter: "Promotion") is Samsung Electronics Magyar Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (registered office and postal address: 1138 Budapest, Dunavirág u. 2. 7. em.; company registration number: 16-10-001767; tax number: 10276451-2-16; contact: https://www.samsung.com/hu/support/email/) (hereinafter: "Organizer").

The Organizer informs Participants that purchases made directly through the Organizer's own webshop, i.e., the website https://www.samsung.com/hu, or through the Organizer's own Samsung Shop App, are subject to the general terms and conditions found at https://www.samsung.com/hu/estore-gtc.

2. Participation Conditions

Participation in the Promotion is exclusively open to natural persons who are at least 18 years old, have a Hungarian place of residence or stay, and are legally capable (hereinafter: "Participant"), provided they meet the following conditions during the period specified in Section 4.1 of these Terms and Conditions:

• Utilize at least one of the discounts specified in Annex 1 of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Discounts", individually: "Discount") for the products specified in Annex 1 of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Promotional Products" or individually: "Promotional Product").
• Purchase through the Organizer's own webshop, i.e., the website https://www.samsung.com/hu (hereinafter: "Samsung Webshop"), or through the Organizer's own Samsung Shop App (hereinafter: "Shop App").

If a Participant is a person over 18 years old with limited legal capacity, they are only entitled to use the Discounts together with their legal representative, after verifying the legal representative's identity.

If a Participant is a person over 18 years old who is legally incapacitated, only their legal representative can act on their behalf, after verifying the legal representative's identity.

3. Subject of the Promotion

Within the scope of this Promotion, Participants can avail the following discounts:

• The Participant is entitled to utilize one (1) Discount within the scope of this Promotion, whereby they will receive a price discount (hereinafter: "Price Discount") under the conditions and during the period specified in Annex 1.

The percentage-based Price Discount will always be deducted from the final retail price of the Promotional Product.

The Promotion is exclusively valid for purchases made through the Samsung Webshop and the Samsung Shop App. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, but it cannot be combined with price discounts, other special offers, or additional discount codes. The Organizer expressly states that the Discounts provided by this Promotion are exclusively valid for purchases made directly through the Organizer's website (https://www.samsung.com/hu) and the Shop App. Therefore, webshops operated by Strong&Unique Kft. (https://www.ses.hu) and BRAVOPHONE Kft. (https://galaxy.hu/) do not participate in this Promotion.

Within the scope of this Promotion, one (1) Participant is entitled to utilize one (1) Discount during the Promotion Period.

Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

The Organizer expressly informs Participants that if a Participant purchases Promotional Products under a promotional offer where the quantity or total value of the purchased Promotional Products entitles them to purchase a Promotional Product at a discounted price, and the Participant withdraws from the contract for part of the Promotional Products, the Organizer will refund the corresponding part of the price paid by the Participant as if the Participant had purchased the Promotional Products at the original, non-discounted price, provided that the withdrawal means the Participant's purchase no longer meets the promotional conditions under which the Organizer agreed to provide the discount.

4. Promotion Duration

The Promotion runs from August 28, 2025, 18:00 to August 31, 2025, 23:59, or while stocks of Promotional Products last, or until withdrawal (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Promotion Period"), which consists of the following two periods:

• Discount Code Announcement Period and Method: If a Participant takes part in the live broadcast organized by the Organizer on Samsung Webshop and Samsung Shop App between August 28, 2025, 18:00 and August 28, 2025, 19:00, they may receive a discount code entitling them to a discount, which will be announced by the Organizer during the live broadcast. (hereinafter: "Discount Code Announcement Period").
• Discount Code Redemption Period: The Participant can redeem the discount code from August 28, 2025, 18:00 to August 31, 2025, 23:59 on Samsung Webshop or through the Organizer's Samsung Shop App for the purchase of Promotional Products specified in Annex 1. (hereinafter: "Discount Code Redemption Period").

The Organizer can provide the Promotion exclusively during the Promotion Period, or while stocks of Promotional Products are available on Samsung Webshop and the Organizer's Samsung Shop App, or until withdrawal.

5. Taxes, Costs

The Organizer shall bear any potential tax obligations related to the Discounts. The Organizer has no further obligations beyond providing the Discounts and settling their tax implications.

6. Personal Data

Information about the Organizer's general data processing activities, and data processing activities related to purchases on Samsung Webshop and the Shop App, can be found by the Participant at the following link: https://www.samsung.com/hu/helyi-adatkezelesi-tajekoztato/.

The Organizer informs Participants that for this Promotion, the Organizer does not process any personal data beyond what is specified in the Data Processing Information for Samsung Webshop and the Shop App.

7. Miscellaneous Provisions

The Organizer assumes no liability for the failure or delay in providing the Discounts, or for damages incurred during their delivery, if such circumstances are outside the Organizer's control.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the terms of the Promotion without justification, including its termination. The Organizer will publish information regarding such changes with the same visibility as other promotion announcements, and any modifications will be effective from the date of notification. Participants can fully exercise their rights acquired up to the date of modification. Before participating in the Promotion, please read these participation terms and conditions carefully, paying particular attention to any potential modifications, to ensure you are always aware of the Promotion's terms. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary. Limitations and exclusions of liability related to the Promotion apply to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

The Organizer disclaims liability for any external attacks, such as SQL attacks, targeting the Samsung Webshop, the Shop App, or the servers operating them. Therefore, if Participants receive erroneous system messages related to the promotion due to an attack on the Samsung Webshop, Shop App, or servers, the Organizer assumes no liability for such cases.

The Organizer disclaims liability for malfunctions of the Samsung Webshop, the Shop App, or the usability of the Discounts due to reasons beyond its control, during which the website may be unavailable or restricted. However, the Organizer will take all necessary measures to promptly identify and resolve the cause of the error.

The Organizer reserves the right to immediately exclude a Participant from the promotion if any (computer) manipulation, mass generation of email addresses, or behavior inconsistent with or detrimental to the spirit of the Promotion is detected or reasonably suspected.

In the event that a Participant closes their browser window before finalizing the purchase, or if the connection to the hosting server is interrupted (for any reason), the Organizer assumes no liability for data loss.

The Organizer shall not be liable for incorrect announcement of the Promotion if it occurs due to reasons not attributable to the Organizer and without its approval.

Furthermore, the Organizer shall not be liable for any non-pecuniary, indirect, or consequential damages, costs, or expenses incurred by the Participant or third parties in connection with or arising from these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to data loss, loss of revenue, loss of profit, lost earnings, damage to or loss of commercial goodwill, or claims from third parties.

Hungarian laws govern these Terms and Conditions, and any legal disputes arising from participation in the Promotion shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under Hungarian law, all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect, independent of the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision (as long as it remains invalid, illegal, or unenforceable). The Participant and the Organizer will make every reasonable effort to replace the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision with a valid, lawful, and enforceable provision whose legal effect is as close as possible to the intended legal effect of the replaced provision.
