Samsung "Voucher Live 24 Julio" Promotion Terms and Conditions

I. Identification of the Promotion

Promotion Name: VOUCHER LIVE 24 JULIO (the “PROMOTION”).

Promotion Validity: The PROMOTION is valid from July 24, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. until July 24, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. or until stocks are exhausted, whichever occurs first.

Available Units for the Promotion: There are 2000 units of the BENEFIT object of the PROMOTION available across all references and participating Authorized Stores.

Applicable Territory for the Promotion: PROMOTION valid nationwide.

Applicable Channels for the Promotion: PROMOTION valid on online channels of the Participating Authorized Stores, as defined below.

II. Previous Considerations

This document sets forth the terms, conditions, and restrictions to which individuals (“CLIENT” and collectively the “CLIENTS”) who participate in the PROMOTION (hereinafter “T&C”) will be subject. Participation in the PROMOTION and acceptance of the benefit granted by SAMSUNG implies knowledge and unconditional acceptance of these T&C. III. Specific Conditions of the Promotion

1. Object: For attending the live event held on July 24, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. through the media mentioned in numeral 5 of these T&C, the CLIENT will have access to a promotional code indicated during the live event, corresponding to a discount of COP$100,000, COP$50,000, or COP$80,000, as specified in numeral 3 of these T&C (“BENEFIT”), which can be used to purchase the corresponding product from the “Mobile” category in the Participating Authorized Stores, as specified in numeral 3 of these T&C (“PRODUCT”). The CLIENT will have until July 25, 2025, to redeem the BENEFIT.

   This is subject to the CLIENT complying with all the requirements and conditions indicated in these T&C.

2. Participating Authorized Stores: The Participating Authorized Stores for the PROMOTION are as follows:

3. Products and Units: The products (hereinafter “PRODUCTS”) are indicated below. However, the purchase of the PRODUCT is subject to its availability in the Participating Authorized Stores at the time of purchase:

4. Clients: CLIENTS of the PROMOTION are considered to be natural persons over 18 years of age.

5. Mechanics: CLIENTS can access the PROMOTION by accessing the online channels of the Participating Authorized Stores and purchasing the PRODUCT, within the dates of the PROMOTION, paying with any method authorized by each Participating Authorized Store.

   To access the PROMOTION, the CLIENT must follow the following mechanics:

   • The CLIENT must enter the Participating Authorized Store and access the live event held on July 24, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. from: (i) https://www.samsung.com/co or (ii) from the live icon in ShopApp.
   • During the live event, a promotional code corresponding to the BENEFIT will be provided, which CLIENTS must note down for later use.
   • The CLIENT will have until 2:00 p.m. on July 25, 2025, to redeem the BENEFIT in the Participating Authorized Stores.
   • To redeem the BENEFIT, the CLIENT must enter the Participating Authorized Store.
   • The CLIENT will add the PRODUCT of their choice, which is available, to the shopping cart.
   • The CLIENT must go to the shopping cart page where, in the lower left section labeled “discount coupon,” they must enter the code indicated during the live event to access the BENEFIT.
   • The CLIENT must verify that the BENEFIT discount has been applied, in accordance with what is established for each PRODUCT included in numeral 3 of these T&C, and must follow the steps to complete their purchase.

6. Special Conditions of the BENEFIT: The BENEFIT will have the following special conditions:

   • The PROMOTION is cumulative with other ongoing promotions that establish it.
   • The BENEFIT may be used in a maximum of one (1) transaction per CLIENT.

IV. General Conditions of the Promotion

1. Upon acquiring the PROMOTION, the CLIENT will be accepting in full all that is indicated in these T&C.
2. Each Participating Authorized Store may determine, at its discretion, the prices of the PRODUCTS and the points of sale where the PROMOTION can be accessed, taking into account the applicable territory described in Section I “Identification of the Promotion” of these T&C.
3. For the case of the online channel, each Participating Authorized Store may determine, at its discretion, all conditions regarding the method, time, and place of delivery and shipment of the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS, as applicable. For this purpose, the CLIENT, before making their purchase, must communicate with the Participating Authorized Store where they intend to access the PROMOTION to obtain more information about the delivery and shipment of the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS.
4. The CLIENT acknowledges and accepts that, in case the BENEFIT is a product available in various colors, the Participating Authorized Stores will grant the CLIENT the product in the color that is available.
5. The available units and references correspond to those indicated in this document; therefore, if they are exhausted prior to the dates indicated in these T&C, the PROMOTION will terminate.
6. The warranty applicable to the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS will correspond to the quality warranty granted by SAMSUNG for each PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT, provided that SAMSUNG is the producer of these. If any PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT of the PROMOTION has a producer different from SAMSUNG, the warranty that will apply will be the one established by the producer of the PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT in question.
7. If the CLIENT exercises their right of withdrawal regarding the acquired PRODUCT, provided that said PRODUCT is subject to withdrawal, the CLIENT must return the PRODUCT along with the BENEFIT, if the latter has been delivered. The conditions for withdrawal will apply as defined by law and in accordance with the indications established by each Participating Authorized Store.
8. The BENEFIT is not exchangeable for cash, bank deposits, credit or debit card deposits, or any other transaction or benefit different from what is described in the T&C.
9. SAMSUNG reserves the right to modify, clarify, or add to the T&C at any time and for any reason. The updated T&C will be published on the page: https://www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc/, and it will be understood that by such publication, CLIENTS are notified and, therefore, these conditions are applicable to the CLIENTS of the PROMOTION.
10. SAMSUNG and the Participating Authorized Stores are solely responsible for the PROMOTION AND the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS. Consequently, and in case of any claim regarding the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS, said claim will be handled through SAMSUNG's Call Center, via WhatsApp number (+57) 3138698800, or through the customer service channels of each of the Participating Authorized Stores.
11. When one or all of the Participating Authorized Stores correspond to Samsung's online channel, SAMSUNG commits to protecting the personal information of CLIENTS. For these purposes, SAMSUNG uses various security technologies and procedures that help protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, and use. For example, provided personal information is stored in limited-access systems, located in controlled facilities. 12. When one or all of the Participating Authorized Stores correspond to a store different from Samsung's online channel, the respective Participating Authorized Store where the PROMOTION is acquired will be responsible for the personal data collected under the PROMOTION. For this purpose, the CLIENT may consult the personal data protection policy of the Participating Authorized Store on its website. The Participating Authorized Stores commit to protecting the security of CLIENTS' personal information. For their part, SAMSUNG acts as the data processor for data collected under the PROMOTION, which is why the treatment of such data will be carried out in accordance with the personal data protection policy of the corresponding Participating Authorized Store.
13. These T&C respond to and comply with Colombian laws.
