I. Promotion Identification
Promotion Name: VOUCHER W32CRM (the “PROMOTION”).
Promotion Validity: Valid from August 5, 2025, to August 11, 2025, or until stocks are exhausted, whichever occurs first.
Available Units for Promotion: 20,000 units of the BENEFIT object of the PROMOTION across all references and Participating Authorized Stores.
Applicable Territory: Nationwide.
Applicable Channels: Valid in online channels of Participating Authorized Stores, as defined below.
II. Preliminary Considerations
This document outlines the terms, conditions, and restrictions that participants (“CLIENT” and collectively “CLIENTS”) must adhere to. Participation in the PROMOTION and acceptance of the benefit granted by SAMSUNG implies full and unconditional knowledge and acceptance of these T&C. III. Specific Promotion Conditions

For the purchase of any of the products listed in section 3 of these T&C at Participating Authorized Stores (“PRODUCTS”), the CLIENT will pay the indicated price for each PRODUCT (the “BENEFIT”).

Products and Units
The products (“PRODUCTS”) are the references from the “Smartphones, Tablets and Accessories” and “Monitors” categories listed below, which are available at the time of purchase at the Participating Authorized Store.
Clients
CLIENTS of the PROMOTION are natural persons over 18 years of age.
Mechanics
CLIENTS can access the PROMOTION by accessing the online channels of the Participating Authorized Stores and purchasing the PRODUCT within the PROMOTION dates, paying with any authorized method by each Participating Authorized Store.
To access the PROMOTION, the CLIENT must follow this mechanic:
- The CLIENT must be registered in the databases of Samsung's authorized service centers.
- The CLIENT must have previously authorized the processing of their personal data and the receipt of commercial communications from Samsung's authorized service centers.
- The CLIENT will receive an email from any of Samsung's authorized service centers communicating the PROMOTION with the corresponding discount code.
- The CLIENT must access the Participating Authorized Store portal.
- The CLIENT will add the PRODUCT of their choice, which is available and eligible for the BENEFIT, to the shopping cart.
- The CLIENT must proceed to the shopping cart page, where in the bottom left section labeled “discount code”, they must enter the indicated code to access the BENEFIT.
- The CLIENT must verify that the BENEFIT has been applied and follow the steps to finalize their purchase.
Special Conditions of the BENEFIT
- The BENEFIT is not cumulative with existing promotions.
- The BENEFIT can be redeemed a maximum of one (1) time per CLIENT, i.e., in a single transaction.
- If the Participating Authorized Store is an online channel and the BENEFIT corresponds to a product or service, the BENEFIT will be delivered provided that the CLIENT has not exercised their right of withdrawal for the PRODUCT. If the right of withdrawal or return of the PRODUCT is exercised, the total value of the benefit will be deducted at the time of refunding the money, if applicable.
IV. General Conditions of the Promotion
- Upon purchasing the PROMOTION, the CLIENT accepts in its entirety all the indicated T&C.
- Each Participating Authorized Store may determine, at its discretion, the prices of the PRODUCTS and the points of sale where the PROMOTION can be accessed, considering the applicable territory described in Section I “Promotion Identification” of these T&C.
- For online channels, each Participating Authorized Store may determine, at its discretion, the conditions for mode, time, and place of shipment and delivery of the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS. Before purchasing, the CLIENT should contact the Participating Authorized Store to obtain more information about delivery and shipping of the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS.
- The CLIENT acknowledges and accepts that if the BENEFIT is a product available in various colors, the Participating Authorized Stores will provide the product in the available color.
- The available units and references correspond to those indicated in this document. Therefore, if they are exhausted before the dates indicated in these T&C, the PROMOTION will end.
- The warranty applicable to the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS will be the quality warranty granted by SAMSUNG for each PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT, provided SAMSUNG is the producer. If any PRODUCT or BENEFIT in the PROMOTION has a producer other than SAMSUNG, the warranty will be that established by the producer of the PRODUCT or BENEFIT in question.
- If the CLIENT exercises their right of withdrawal regarding the acquired PRODUCT, and if said PRODUCT is subject to withdrawal, the CLIENT must return the PRODUCT along with the BENEFIT, if the latter has been delivered. Withdrawal conditions will apply as defined by law and according to the instructions established by each Participating Authorized Store.
- The BENEFIT is not exchangeable for cash, bank deposits, credit or debit card deposits, or any other transaction or benefit different from what is described in the T&C.
- SAMSUNG reserves the right to modify, clarify, or add to the T&C at any time and for any reason. An updated version of the T&C will be published on the page: https://www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc/, and clients will be considered notified, making these conditions applicable to them.
- SAMSUNG and the Participating Authorized Stores are solely responsible for the PROMOTION and the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS. Any claims regarding the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS will be handled through the SAMSUNG Call Center, via WhatsApp number (+57) 3138698800, or through the customer service channels of each Participating Authorized Store.
- When one or all of the Participating Authorized Stores correspond to SAMSUNG's online channel, SAMSUNG commits to protecting the security of CLIENTS' personal information using various security technologies and procedures. For more information, CLIENTS can consult the data protection policy at https://www.samsung.com/co/proteccion-de-datos/.
- When one or all of the Participating Authorized Stores correspond to a store different from SAMSUNG's online channel, the respective Participating Authorized Store where the PROMOTION is acquired will be responsible for the personal data collected. CLIENTS can consult the personal data protection policy of the Participating Authorized Store on its website. Participating Authorized Stores commit to protecting the security of CLIENTS' personal information. SAMSUNG acts as the data processor for data collected under the PROMOTION, and its processing will be carried out according to the personal data protection policy of the respective Participating Authorized Store.
- These T&C comply with Colombian laws.
