Samsung Voucher Live CROSS 31 Julio Promotion

I. Promotion Identification

Promotion Name: VOUCHER Live CROSS 31 de Julio (the “PROMOTION”).

Promotion Validity: Valid from July 31, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. until July 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m., or while supplies last.

Available Units: 2000 units of the BENEFIT are available for this PROMOTION across all references and Authorized Participating Stores.

Applicable Territory: Valid nationwide in Colombia.

Applicable Channels: Valid in online channels of Authorized Participating Stores, as defined below.

II. Preliminary Considerations

This document outlines the terms, conditions, and restrictions for individuals (“CLIENT” and collectively “CLIENTS”) participating in the PROMOTION (hereinafter “T&C”). Participation in the PROMOTION and acceptance of the benefit granted by SAMSUNG implies full and unconditional knowledge and acceptance of these T&C. III. Specific Promotion Conditions

1. Object: By attending the live event on July 31, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. via the channels mentioned in section 5, the CLIENT will receive a promotional code for a discount of 15%, COP$100,000, or COP$50,000, as indicated in section 3 of these T&C (the “BENEFIT”), applicable to products in the “Smartphones, Tablets and Accessories”, “Home Appliances”, and “Audio and Video” categories specified in section 3 of these T&C (“PRODUCTS”). The CLIENT has until July 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. to redeem the BENEFIT, provided they comply with all requirements and conditions.
2. Authorized Participating Stores: The Authorized Participating Stores for the PROMOTION are:

3. Products and Units: The products are listed below, categorized as “Smartphones, Tablets and Accessories”, “Home Appliances”, and “Audio and Video”. Purchase is subject to availability at Authorized Participating Stores at the time of purchase.

4. Clients: CLIENTS are natural persons aged 18 or older.
5. Mechanics: CLIENTS can access the PROMOTION by accessing the online channels of Authorized Participating Stores and purchasing the PRODUCT within the PROMOTION dates, paying with any authorized method. To access the PROMOTION, the CLIENT must follow these steps:
   • Enter the Authorized Participating Store and access the live event held on July 31, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. from: (i) SAMSUNG's Instagram account (@Samsungcolombia) and (ii) https://www.samsung.com/co.
   • A promotional code corresponding to the BENEFIT will be provided during the live event, which CLIENTS must note for later use.
   • The CLIENT has until July 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. to redeem the BENEFIT at Authorized Participating Stores.
   • To redeem the BENEFIT, the CLIENT must visit the Authorized Participating Store.
   • The CLIENT will add the desired PRODUCT to their shopping cart.
   • Proceed to the shopping cart page and, in the lower left section labeled “discount coupon”, enter the code provided during the live event to access the BENEFIT.
   • The CLIENT must verify that the discount BENEFIT has been applied, according to the BENEFIT applicable to each PRODUCT listed in section 3 of these T&C, and follow the steps to complete their purchase.
6. Special Conditions of the BENEFIT: The BENEFIT has the following special conditions:
   • The PROMOTION is only combinable for products corresponding to the COP$100,000 and COP$50,000 BENEFIT with the “First Purchase Shop App” and “0% Interest” promotions, depending on the Authorized Participating Store where these promotions apply.
   • The PROMOTION is NOT combinable with other active promotions for references that apply to the 15% discount.
   • The BENEFIT can be used a maximum of one (1) time per CLIENT.

IV. General Promotion Conditions

1. By acquiring the PROMOTION, the CLIENT accepts these T&C in their entirety.
2. Each Authorized Participating Store may determine, at its discretion, the prices of the PRODUCTS and the points of sale where the PROMOTION can be accessed, considering the applicable territory described in Section I.
3. For online channels, each Authorized Participating Store may determine, at its discretion, the terms, time, and place of delivery for PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS. CLIENTS should contact the Authorized Participating Store for more information on delivery and shipping before making a purchase.
4. The CLIENT acknowledges and accepts that if the BENEFIT is a product available in various colors, Authorized Participating Stores will provide the product in the available color.
5. Available units and references correspond to those indicated in this document. If supplies run out before the indicated dates, the PROMOTION will end.
6. The warranty for PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS will be the quality warranty provided by SAMSUNG, provided SAMSUNG is the manufacturer. If a PRODUCT or BENEFIT has a different manufacturer, the warranty will be as established by that manufacturer.
7. If the CLIENT exercises their right of withdrawal for an acquired PRODUCT, they must return the PRODUCT along with the BENEFIT, if it has already been delivered. Withdrawal conditions apply as defined by law and indicated by each Authorized Participating Store.
8. The BENEFIT is not redeemable for cash, bank deposits, credit or debit card deposits, or any other transaction or benefit other than what is described in the T&C.
9. SAMSUNG reserves the right to modify, clarify, or add to the T&C at any time and for any reason. Updates will be published on https://www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc/, and clients will be considered notified, making these conditions applicable.
10. SAMSUNG and Authorized Participating Stores are solely responsible for the PROMOTION and PRODUCTS/BENEFITS. Claims regarding PRODUCTS/BENEFITS will be handled through SAMSUNG's Call Center, WhatsApp (+57) 3138698800, or the customer service channels of each Authorized Participating Store.
11. When an Authorized Participating Store is an online channel of SAMSUNG, SAMSUNG commits to protecting the personal information of CLIENTS using security technologies and procedures. For more information, CLIENTS can consult the data protection policy at https://www.samsung.com/co/proteccion_de_datos/.
12. When an Authorized Participating Store is different from SAMSUNG's online channel, that store is responsible for the personal data collected for the PROMOTION. CLIENTS can consult the store's personal data protection policy on its website. SAMSUNG acts as the data processor for data collected under the PROMOTION.
13. These T&C comply with Colombian laws.
