General Guarantee - 2 Years
This product is manufactured with the utmost care and adheres to the strictest quality guidelines. Materials and manufacturing processes are subject to continuous testing.
The warranty is valid for two years from the date of sale to the first user and covers the repair of defects in the production process or materials used. Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, mechanical damage, natural wear and tear, or damage due to batteries (if supplied). The warranty is void if the product is tampered with by unauthorized parties. Consequential damages are not covered.
Claims: Recognizable defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Hidden defects must be reported immediately upon discovery. Goods justifiably rejected will be repaired. If MAUL fails to rectify a defect within a reasonable period, the buyer may withdraw from the contract.
To make a warranty claim, please forward the device with the proof of purchase to your point of sale. Include your name, address, and a description of the defect.
For defects occurring outside the warranty period, repair or replacement may be possible at the customer's expense. Please contact your point of sale for such cases.
These terms do not exclude the application of EU regulations.
Additional Surface Warranty Conditions for Selected Boards
- Surface Warranty - 5 Years: For the plastic surface of selected boards, provided they are used and cleaned properly.
- Surface Warranty - 30 Years: For the enamel surface of selected boards, provided they are used and cleaned properly.
