MAUL Product Warranty Information
MAUL products are manufactured with the utmost care and adhere to the strictest quality guidelines. Materials and manufacturing processes undergo continuous testing.
General Guarantee - 3 Years
The warranty is valid for three years and covers the repair of defects in the production process or in the materials used. The warranty period begins on the day of sale to the first user. Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
Warranty Exclusions
- Damage due to improper handling, mechanical damage, or natural wear and tear.
- Damage caused by batteries (if supplied).
- Manipulation or repair by unauthorized third parties.
- Consequential damages.
Making a Guarantee Claim
Recognizable defects must be reported within fourteen days of receipt of the goods. Hidden defects should be notified immediately upon discovery. For warranty claims, please forward the product with the proof of purchase to the point of sale. Include your name, address, and a description of the defect.
Out-of-Warranty Service
For defects occurring outside the warranty period, repair or replacement may be possible at the customer's expense. Please contact your point of sale for assistance.
Additional Surface Warranty Conditions
For selected boards, additional surface warranties apply:
- Plastic Surface Warranty: 5 years for the plastic surface of selected boards, provided they are used and cleaned properly.
- Enamel Surface Warranty: 30 years for the enamel surface of selected boards, provided they are used and cleaned properly.
These terms and conditions do not exclude the application of EU regulations.
