MAUL Product Warranty Information
MAUL products are manufactured with the utmost care and adhere to the strictest quality guidelines. The materials used and the manufacturing process undergo continuous testing.
The warranty is valid for two years and covers the repair of manufacturing or material defects. The warranty period begins on the date of sale to the first user. The proof of purchase is the cash receipt or invoice.
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper handling, mechanical damage, or natural wear and tear, as well as damages caused by batteries (if supplied). The warranty is void if the product has been tampered with by unauthorized persons. MAUL is not liable for consequential damages.
Complaints regarding recognizable defects must be reported within fourteen days of receiving the goods. Hidden defects must be reported immediately upon discovery. Goods that have been justifiably rejected will be repaired. If MAUL fails to rectify the defect within a reasonable grace period, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract.
For warranty claims, please send the device with the proof of purchase to the point of sale. Please provide your name, address, and a description of the defect.
For defects occurring outside the warranty period, repair or replacement is possible at the customer's expense. In such cases, please contact the point of sale.
These terms and conditions do not exclude the application of EU provisions.
Additional Warranty Conditions for Selected Boards
Surface Warranty - 5 Years: For the plastic surface of selected boards, provided they are used and cleaned properly.
Surface Warranty - 30 Years: For the enamel surface of selected boards, provided they are used and cleaned properly.
