Component Diagram

Installation Instructions
- Remove the spare wheel.
- Remove covers and foam from each side of the boot floor.
- Temporarily lower rearmost exhaust hanger.
- Remove foam from inside face of chassis.
- Remove tape from existing mounting points in each chassis.
- Place Item E (22mm x 55mm Spacer Bushes) onto Item F (Clamp Plate Assembly) and from inside the boot locate into the existing holes in each chassis member. Using Item L (M12 Nyloc Nuts) loosely attach Item B (Side Plates) to these bolts.
- Using Item H (M12 x 45 Bolts, Nyloc Nuts & Washers) loosely bolt Item A (Crossmember) to Item B (Side Plates).
- Using Item J (M12 x 22 Bolts & Washers) with Item K (Flat Washers) and Item G (M12 x 25 Bolts & Washers) with Item K (Flat Washers) bolt Item C (Detachable Housing) and M (Socket Plate) to Item A (Crossmember).
- Using Item H (M12 x 45 Bolts, Nyloc Nuts & Washers) with Item K (Flat Washers) and Item D (Exhaust Spacer) used as a spacer, re-bolt the rearmost exhaust hanger back into place.
- Fully tighten all nuts and bolts and ensure the Towbar is rigid and secure.
- Replace spare wheel and covers.
Important Notes
Recommended Torque Setting: For M12 Grade 10.9 bolts, the recommended torque setting is 139 Nm. (Refer to overleaf notes for other torque settings.)
Load Limits: Nose load limits and vehicle manufacturer's trailer/caravan weight limits must be observed.
