First-Time Bluetooth Pairing

Step 1: Enable the Bluetooth setting on your device.

Step 2: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds. Release. The indicator light will flash red and blue to indicate pairing mode.

Step 3: Select 'JLab BT' in your device's settings to connect. The light will flash blue slowly when Bluetooth is connected.

Repeat Use: Once paired, the Fit Sport 3 earbuds will automatically connect to your Bluetooth device whenever you turn them on (follow the instructions in the Button Features section).
Audio Alerts
- Power On: Chime
- Bluetooth Connected: 2 Beeps ??
- Low Battery: Audible alert in English (under 20%)
- Power Off: Chime
EQ Modes
Quick press both buttons to cycle through different EQ settings (your JLab headphones will cycle through 3 EQ settings):
- JLab Signature (One beep ?): Features the signature sound of JLab C3™, with enhanced highs and bass.
- Balanced (Two beeps ??): Balanced sound without audio enhancements.
- Bass Boost (Three beeps ???): Enhanced bass and sub-bass.
Button Functions
Volume Up: Press once.
Advance Track: Press and hold for 2 seconds.
Power On: Press and hold for 3 seconds.
Power Off: Press and hold for 5 seconds.
Answer/End Call: Press once.
Activate Siri (iOS) or OK Google (Android): Double press. ?️
Bluetooth Pairing: Follow instructions in the First-time Bluetooth Pairing section.
Volume Down: Press once.
Previous Track: Press and hold for 2 seconds.
Charging

Open the USB cover and connect the cable to a computer or USB power source to charge. Ensure the power source is rated at 5V or less.

Charging Indicator: The light will turn solid red ? while charging and turn blue ? when fully charged.

Fit and Wearing

Step 1: Choose the ear tip size and optional ear hook; try different sizes for the best fit.

Step 2: Position the ear tip correctly.

Step 3: Start from the back and loop and twist around the ear.

Step 4: Secure the cable in front, back, and underneath.

Cable Clip Usage

Attach the cable clip in the center of the cable.

Secure the clip to your shirt collar or clothing.

Troubleshooting Connection Issues
Cannot See JLab BT on My Device

Step 1: Turn Bluetooth on and then off again in your device's settings.

Step 2: If you still don't see it, repeat the instructions in the 'First-time Bluetooth Pairing' section.

JLab BT Not Connecting to My Device During Startup

Step 1: In your device's settings, 'forget' the JLab BT.

Step 2: Go back to Bluetooth and reconnect.

Step 3: Go back to your device's Bluetooth settings and reconnect.

Bluetooth Connects to an Unwanted Device
Note: The JLab BT can remember up to 8 devices. It will attempt to connect automatically to the last device used.

Step 1: If you have more than one device connected to the JLab BT, turn off Bluetooth on the unwanted devices and turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 2: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds. Release. The indicator light will flash red and blue to indicate pairing mode. The light will flash blue slowly when Bluetooth is connected.

Warning and Important Notes
Warning: Before charging, ensure the earbuds are completely dry. Exposure to moisture may damage internal components. Air dry the earbuds before charging.
Ensure the USB port is closed and sealed to protect the earbuds from sweat and water damage.
Important Notes:
- Do not allow moisture or liquids to enter the earbud tips or charging port.
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
- Do not drop or crush the earbuds, or pull the cable quickly or by bending it over a sharp surface.
- Earwax buildup on the earbud tips can reduce sound quality. Gently clean earwax with a cotton swab or small dry brush to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or temporarily stop using the earbuds and consult a doctor.
- We recommend treating your earbuds like expensive sunglasses and storing them in a safe place when not in use.
