Getting Started: Bluetooth Pairing

Step 1: Enable Bluetooth
Turn on Bluetooth in your device's settings.

Step 2: Enter Pairing Mode
Press and hold the button on the earbuds for 10 seconds. Release. The indicator light will flash red and blue, indicating pairing mode.

Step 3: Connect to Device
In your device's Bluetooth settings, select 'JLab BT' to connect. The indicator light will slowly flash blue when paired.

Frequent Use
Once the JLab Fit Sport 3 is initially paired with your device, the earbuds will automatically connect to your Bluetooth device when powered on. (Refer to button function instructions for details).
Button Functions
Standard Controls
- Volume Up: Tap
- Next Track: Press and hold for 2 seconds
- Power On: Press and hold for 3 seconds
- Power Off: Press and hold for 5 seconds
- Play/Pause/Answer/Hang Up: Tap
- Activate Siri (iOS) or "OK Google" (ANDROID): Double tap
- Bluetooth Pairing: Refer to initial setup instructions.
- Volume Down: Tap
- Previous Track: Press and hold for 2 seconds
EQ Modes
Short press either button to cycle through different EQ settings. The Fit Sport 3 will cycle through 3 EQ settings:
- JLab Classic Mode (Single Beep): JLab C3™ signature sound, amplifies vocals and bass.
- Balanced Mode (Two Beeps): Balanced sound, no additional bass or treble enhancements.
- Bass Boost Mode: Amplifies bass and sub-bass.
Voice Prompts
- Power On: Tone
- Bluetooth Connected: Two Beeps
- Low Battery: Voice prompt "Low Battery" (when below 20%)
- Power Off: Tone
Charging

Connect for Charging
Open the USB port cover. Connect the charging cable to the earbuds and then to a computer or USB power source. Ensure the charging power source is rated for 5V or less.

Charging Indicator
The indicator light will be solid red while charging and turn blue when fully charged.

Accessories
Select the appropriate ear tip size and Cush Fin™ ear stabilizers for a secure and comfortable fit. Experiment with different ear tips to find the best fit.

Move the earbuds from the adjustable ear tip holder to the desired position for optimal comfort and fit.

Starting from the back, wrap the earbud cable around your ear for a secure fit.

Secure the cable at the front, back, and bottom of your clothing for stability.

Wire Clip Usage

Attach Clip
Attach the wire clip near the center of the cable.

Secure to Clothing
Clip the wire to the back or front of your shirt for cable management.

Connection Troubleshooting
Cannot See JLAB BT on My Device

Turn off Bluetooth, then turn it back on in your device settings.

If you still do not see JLab BT, repeat the initial setup: Bluetooth Pairing procedure.

JLAB BT Not Reconnecting After Powering On

In your device settings, find and 'forget' or 'skip' the JLab BT device.

Turn off Bluetooth, then turn it back on in your device settings.

Repeat the initial setup: Bluetooth Pairing procedure.

Bluetooth is Connecting to an Unwanted Device
Note: JLab BT can remember up to 8 devices. It will attempt to automatically connect to the last used device.

If you have multiple devices connected to JLab BT, turn off Bluetooth on the unwanted device and turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.

To re-initiate pairing, press and hold the button for 10 seconds. Release. The indicator light will flash red and blue, indicating pairing mode. Select 'JLab BT' in your device settings to connect. The indicator light will slowly flash blue when paired.

Warnings
- Ensure the USB port is closed and secured. This will prevent sweat and water damage.
- The Fit Sport 3 earbuds must be completely dry before charging. If exposed to moisture, internal components may be damaged. Allow to air dry before charging.

Precautions
- Avoid getting moisture into the earbud ear tips or charging port.
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and moisture.
- Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds, pulling the cable with excessive force or speed, or bending the cable at sharp angles.
- Earwax may build up in the earbud ear tips, reducing sound quality. Gently clean earwax with a cotton swab or other small tool to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or taking a break.
- If you experience persistent discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
- Treat your earbuds with care, similar to how you would treat a pair of stylish sunglasses, and store them in a safe place when not in use.
