FIT SPORT 3 WIRELESS EARBUDS
INITIAL SETUP: BLUETOOTH PAIRING
Step 1: Activate Bluetooth
Activate Bluetooth in your device's settings.

Step 2: Enter Pairing Mode
Press and hold the button for 10 seconds. Release the button.
The indicator light flashes red and blue to indicate pairing mode.

Step 3: Connect to Device
To pair, select 'JLab BT' in your device's Bluetooth settings.
The indicator light flashes slowly blue once the device is paired via Bluetooth.

REGULAR USE
Once JLab Fit Sport 3 has been paired to your device for the first time, the earbuds will then automatically connect to your Bluetooth device whenever it is powered on. (Follow the BUTTON FUNCTIONS instructions)
BUTTON FUNCTIONS
- INCREASE VOLUME: Single click
- SKIP TO NEXT TRACK: Click and hold for over 2 seconds
- POWER ON: Click and hold for 3 seconds
- POWER OFF: Click and hold for 5 seconds
- PLAY / PAUSE / ANSWER / HANG UP: Single click
- REJECT INCOMING CALLS: Click and hold for 1 second
- ACTIVATE SIRI (iOS) OR 'OK GOOGLE' (ANDROID): Double click
- BLUETOOTH PAIRING: (Follow the 'Initial Setup: Bluetooth Pairing' instructions)
- DECREASE VOLUME: Single click
- RETURN TO PREVIOUS TRACK: Click and hold for over 2 seconds

EQUALIZER MODES
Quickly press both buttons to change equalizer modes (Fit Sport 3 will cycle through three equalization settings):
- JLAB SIGNATURE (One Beep): JLab C3™ sound signature with amplified vocals and bass.
- BALANCED (Two Beeps): Harmonious sound without additional amplification.
- BASS BOOSTED (Three Beeps): Amplified bass and sub-bass.
VOCAL INSTRUCTIONS
- POWER ON: Audible tone
- BLUETOOTH CONNECTED: Two beeps
- LOW BATTERY: "Low battery" (Less than 20%)
- POWER OFF: Audible tone
CHARGING
To charge, open the USB port cover and connect the cable to a computer or USB power source. Ensure the power source has a maximum voltage of 5V.

The indicator light will turn solid red, without blinking, to indicate charging is in progress and will turn blue once fully charged.

FITMENT
Step 1: Choose Ear Tips and Cush Fins
Choose the size of your ear tips and optional Cush Fins. Try different ear tips to find the ones that fit you best.
Step 2: Position Earbuds
Position the earbud as desired thanks to the adjustable ear tip placement.
Step 3: Loop Around Ear
Start from the back and loop it around the ear.
Step 4: Secure Cable
Secure the cable in front, behind, and below.
CABLE MANAGEMENT
Step 1: Attach Clip
Secure the cable clip approximately in the middle of the cable.
Step 2: Clip to Clothing
Clip it to the front or back of your shirt.

CONNECTION TROUBLESHOOTING
JLAB BT NOT APPEARING ON MY DEVICE
Turn Bluetooth Off and On
Go to your device's settings to turn Bluetooth off, then turn Bluetooth back on.

Re-attempt Pairing
If JLab BT still does not appear on your device, repeat the 'INITIAL SETUP: BLUETOOTH PAIRING' instructions.
JLAB BT NOT CONNECTING TO MY DEVICE AFTER POWERING ON
Forget Device
In your device's settings, 'forget' JLab BT.

Turn Bluetooth Off and On
Go to your device's settings to turn Bluetooth off, then turn Bluetooth back on.
Re-attempt Pairing
Repeat the 'INITIAL SETUP: BLUETOOTH PAIRING' instructions.
CONNECTION TROUBLESHOOTING (CONT.)
BLUETOOTH CONNECTED TO AN UNWANTED DEVICE
Note: The JLab BT headset can memorize up to 8 devices. It will try to automatically connect to the last used device.
Manage Connected Devices
If multiple of your devices were previously connected to the JLab BT headset, turn off Bluetooth on the unwanted devices, then turn on Bluetooth on the chosen device.

Re-enter Pairing Mode
Press and hold the button for 10 seconds. Release the button. The indicator light flashes red and blue to indicate pairing mode.

WARNINGS
Ensure the USB port cover is closed and attached. This ensures protection against moisture and water damage.

Before charging, Fit Sport 3 must be completely dry. Exposure to moisture can damage internal components. It is recommended to let it air dry before charging.

CAUTIONS
- Avoid any moisture or liquid inside the ear tips or charging port.
- Avoid exposing the product to extreme heat, cold, or humidity.
- Avoid dropping the earbuds or stepping on them, damaging the cable by pulling it out quickly or exerting excessive force, or bending the cable at a sharp angle.
- Earwax may accumulate in the ear tips, deteriorating audio quality. Carefully remove earwax with a cotton swab or other small object to improve audio quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or temporarily stop using the device.
- If you experience recurrent discomfort when using this product, stop using it and consult a doctor.
- We recommend taking care of your earbuds as you would a nice pair of sunglasses, and storing them in a safe place when not in use.
