First Setup: Pairing via Bluetooth

Step 1
Turn on Bluetooth in your device settings.

Step 2
Press and hold the button on the earbuds for 10 seconds. Release. The light will flash red and blue to indicate pairing mode.

Step 3
Select "JLab BT" in your device's Bluetooth settings to connect. The light will flash slowly blue during Bluetooth pairing.

Continued Use
Once the JLab Fit Sport 3 is connected to your device, the headphones will automatically connect when powered on. (Follow instructions for BUTTON FUNCTIONS)
Button Functions
- Turn Up Volume: Single click
- Go Forward: Press and hold for two seconds
- Power On: Press and hold for three seconds
- Power Off: Press and hold for five seconds
- Play/Pause / Answer Call / End Call: Single click
- Activate Siri (iOS) or "OK Google" (Android): Double click
- Pairing via Bluetooth: Follow the procedure for initial setup: Pairing via Bluetooth
- Turn Down Volume: Single click
- Go Back: Press and hold for two seconds
Equalizer Settings
Quickly press both buttons to cycle through different EQ settings (Fit Sport 3 cycles through three EQ settings):
- JLab SIGNATURE (One beep): JLab C3™ signature sound with enhanced vocals and bass
- BALANCED (Two beeps): Even sound without additional amplification
- BASS BOOST (Three beeps): Enhanced bass and sub-bass
Audio Cues
- POWER ON: Chime
- BLUETOOTH CONNECTED: Two beeps
- LOW BATTERY: "Low Battery" (under 20%)
- POWER OFF: Chime
Charging

Step 1
Open the USB door and connect the cable to a computer or USB power source to charge the battery. Ensure the power source is rated 5V or lower.

Step 2
The light will glow red while charging and turn blue when fully charged.

Fitment

Step 1
Select ear tip size and optional Cush Fin. Try different ear tips to find the best fit.

Step 2
Position the earphone for the desired fit using Adjustable Tip Placement.

Step 3
Start from behind and hook over the ear.

Secure the cable in front, behind, and at the bottom.

Using the Cord Clips

Step 1
Attach the cord clip approximately in the middle of the cord.

Clip it securely to the back or front of your shirt.

Troubleshooting Connection Issues
I Can't See JLab BT on My Device
- Turn off Bluetooth, then turn it back on in your device settings. [Visual: Smartphone screen showing Bluetooth toggled off and on.]
- If JLab BT is still not visible, repeat the FIRST TIME SETUP: Pairing via Bluetooth instructions.
JLab BT Won't Connect to My Device When Powered On
- Delete JLab BT from your device settings.
- Turn off Bluetooth, then turn it back on in your device settings. [Visual: Smartphone screen showing Bluetooth toggled off and on.]

Bluetooth is Connected to an Unwanted Device
Note: JLab BT can remember up to eight devices. It will automatically attempt to connect to the last used device.
- If you have had more than one device connected to JLab BT, turn OFF Bluetooth on the unwanted devices and turn ON Bluetooth on the desired device.
- Press and hold the button for 10 seconds. Release. The light will flash red and blue to indicate pairing mode. Select "JLab BT" in your device's Bluetooth settings to connect. Warnings
Charging Warning
Ensure the USB door is closed and secured. This will protect against damage from sweat and water.
Fit Sport 3 earbuds must be completely dry before charging. Internal components can be damaged if exposed to moisture. The headphones should air dry before charging.
General Warnings
- Avoid moisture or liquid in the ear tips or charging port.
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, or humidity.
- Avoid dropping or crushing your headphones, stressing the cord by pulling quickly or hard, or kinking the cord.
- Earwax can build up in the ear tips and degrade sound quality. Gently remove wax with a cotton swab or other suitable tool to improve sound quality.
- Try lowering the volume if you experience discomfort or pain, or stop use temporarily.
- If you experience regular discomfort while using this product, stop using it immediately and consult a doctor.
- We recommend treating your headphones like a pair of expensive sunglasses and storing them in a safe place when not in use.
