Attaching Parent Tray

WARNING: Do not place hot liquids or more than 3 pounds in the parent tray. Serious burns or unstable conditions could result.

  1. To attach the parent tray, position it so the hinges for the storage compartment face forward. Attach one end at a time by locating the fitting at the top of the frame and the hole on the side of the parent tray, then snap together. Repeat for the other side. Check that the tray is securely latched. [Illustration of parent tray attachment]. To remove, reverse the installation steps.

Engaging Brakes

WARNING: Always set brakes when the stroller is not being pushed to prevent it from rolling away. NEVER leave the stroller unattended on a hill or incline, as it may slide down.

  1. To engage brakes, apply light downward pressure to the brake lever on each rear wheel. You may need to slightly move the stroller forward or backward to align the brake teeth with the wheel brake cluster. [Illustration of brake lever engagement].
  2. Check that the stroller will not move and that both brakes are properly applied. To release, gently lift the brake lever.

Folding and Unfolding

To Fold Stroller

[Warning] Care must be taken when folding and unfolding to prevent finger entrapment.

[Caution] Do not allow children near the stroller while folding or unfolding.

  1. To fold, slide the thumb trigger to the left and squeeze the pull trigger while pushing forward on the handle. [Illustration of folding trigger action].
  2. Once the stroller begins to fold, release the handle and pull backward on the front frame until folded. Secure the stroller in the folded position by locking the fold latch, located on the side of the stroller, over the rivet that protrudes from the frame. [Illustration of folded stroller with latch].

To Unfold Stroller

  1. Unlock the release lever. [Illustration of release lever].
  2. Lift the stroller handle with both hands until the stroller frame is erect and locked in the open position. The stroller has spring-loaded latches on both sides. Test that both latches are fully engaged before placing your child in the stroller. [Illustration of unfolded stroller].
