Assembly

TO ENSURE SAFE OPERATION OF YOUR STROLLER, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. RETAIN THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

Front Wheels Attachment

Remove stroller from box. The front wheels, rear wheels and parent tray need to be installed prior to use.

To attach the front wheels, unfold stroller. Lean the stroller backwards so that it rests on the handle and rear frame tubes and the front wheel bayonet are pointing upward. Position the front wheel assembly at the front wheel bayonet such that the swivel assembly will slide onto the front wheel bayonet. Push each front wheel assembly onto the front wheel bayonet until snapped into place. Pull on the wheel assembly to ensure that it is securely attached to the stroller. (See Figure 1 & 2)

Figure 1: Illustrates pushing the front wheel assembly onto the bayonet.

Figure 2: Shows the front wheel assembly securely attached.

Rear Wheels Attachment

Lean the stroller forward to rest on the front wheels. To attach the rear wheels, position the rear axle and wheel assembly such that the brake levers are facing to the rear of the stroller. Press the rear wheel assembly onto the rear frame tubes, being careful that the push buttons on the forward side of each rear tube engage the hole on the forward side of each rear wheel housing. Pull on the wheel assembly to ensure that it is securely attached to the stroller. (See Figure 3)

Figure 3: Depicts attaching the rear wheel assembly.

Ensure that the wheels are firmly locked into place. Do Not use the stroller if the wheels are not locked into place; contact customer service immediately at 1-800-328-7363, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM PST, for assistance.

Basket Installation

Rear basket tube needs to be installed prior to use. Insert the female end of the rear basket tube into the male ends located on the basket frame until it locks into place. (See Figure A)

Figure A: Shows the rear basket tube being inserted into the basket frame.

Parent Tray Attachment

To attach the parent tray, position the tray so that the hinges for the storage compartment are facing forward. Attach one end at a time by locating the fitting at the top of the frame and the hole on the side of the parent tray, snap together. Repeat for the other side. Check that the tray is securely latched in place. (See Figure 4) To remove the parent tray, reverse the installation steps.

Figure 4: Illustrates attaching the parent tray to the stroller frame.

WARNING: Do not place hot liquids in the parent tray. Hot liquids can burn your child. Do not place more than 3 pounds in the tray as it may cause a hazardous unstable condition to exist.

WARNING: Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out. Always use the Infant Car Seat harness.

Brakes

WARNING: Always set brakes when the stroller is not being pushed so that the stroller will not roll away. Never leave stroller unattended on a hill or incline as the stroller may slide down the hill.

To engage brakes, apply light downward pressure to the brake lever located on each rear wheel. The stroller may require slight forward or rearward movement in order to line up the teeth on the brake with the wheel brake cluster. (See Figure 5) Check that the stroller will not move and that the brakes are properly applied. To release, gently lift up on the brake lever.

Figure 5: Shows how to engage and disengage the stroller brakes.

Folding the Stroller

Do Not allow children near stroller while folding.

To fold the stroller, slide the red handle in the center of the handle to the left and squeeze while pushing forward on the handle. Once the stroller begins to fold, release the red handle and pull backward on the front frame until the stroller is folded. (See Figure 6) Secure the stroller in the folded position by latching the fold latch, located on the right side of the stroller at the intersection of the handle and the rear tube, over the extended rivet on the lower frame tube. (See Figure 7)

Figure 6: Demonstrates the initial step of folding the stroller.

Figure 7: Shows the fold latch securing the stroller.

Unfolding the Stroller

Do Not allow children near stroller while unfolding.

Release the folding latch, which is located on the right side. (See Figure 8)

Figure 8: Indicates the location of the folding latch.

Lift up on the stroller handle with both hands until the stroller frame is erect and locked in the open position. (See Figure 9) The stroller has spring-loaded latches on both sides of the frame. Test that both latches are fully engaged prior to placing your child in the stroller.

Figure 9: Shows lifting the handle to erect the stroller frame.

Attaching an Infant Car Seat

Place car seat onto front bar. (See Figure 10) NOTE: Some brands of infant car seats will lock onto the front bar, and some brands may simply rest on the front bar. You must ALWAYS use the safety belt to secure every car seat that is placed on the Snap N Go.

Figure 10: Illustrates placing the car seat onto the front bar.

Make sure the front of the car seat rests on the red support tabs located on the frame. (See Figure 11) NOTE: For wider car seats, there is a higher support tab located above the main red support tabs. (See Figure 11)

Figure 11: Shows the red support tabs for car seat placement, including the upper tab for wider seats.

Strap the safety belt over the car seat and connect the buckles together. Tighten the strap so the car seat fits snug and cannot move. (See Figure 12) NOTE: Some car seats have slots for the safety belt to slide through; if you have a car seat with these slots, please feed the safety belt through each slot and secure. (See Figure 13)

Figure 12: Depicts securing the car seat with the safety belt.

WARNING: Avoid serious injury from falling. ALWAYS use the safety belt to secure the car seat to the stroller.
