Installation Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Vehicle
Place the vehicle in park and remove the factory doors.

Step 2: Identify Components
Distinguish the door hinges and straps as shown in the diagrams below.
Diagrams illustrate the different door hinges and straps. Front Door hinges are shown for both Driver Side and Passenger Side, featuring a specific shape for the upper and lower mounting points. Rear Door hinges are also shown for Driver Side and Passenger Side, with a similar but distinct shape. Separate diagrams show the Front Strap and Rear Strap, which are fabric or webbing straps with attachment points.
Step 3: Install Front Door Hinges and Strap
Install the front door hinges and front strap to the front door. Do not tighten the hardware at this time.
- (4) M8x25 Button Bolts
- (4) M8 Lock Washers
- (4) M8x20x1 Flat Washers
- (4) M8 Flange Lock Nuts

Step 4: Install Rear Door Hinges and Strap
Install the rear door hinges and rear strap to the rear door. Do not tighten the hardware at this time.

- (4) M8 Flange Lock Nuts

Step 5: Secure the Strap
Secure the strap onto the vehicle.

Step 6: Mount Tubular Door
Install the tubular door to the vehicle. Close the door and adjust it to the desired location. Tighten all bolts.

Step 7: Adjust Lock
Loosen the lock cover. Adjust the lock.

Step 8: Repeat for Opposite Side
Repeat all steps for the opposite side of the vehicle.
Step 9: Installation Complete
