Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the HOMCOM A90-192 Exercise Bike. Please read this instruction manual carefully before use to ensure the product is complete and free from any damage incurred during transportation.

1. Precautions
WARNING:
- The maximum load bearing is 110kg (about 242lbs).
- If you feel unwell during use, stop immediately and consult a doctor.
- Before each use, check for wear and tear on the seat, screws, knobs, and safety pin. Stop use if any issues are found.
- For early use, limit exercise to 30 minutes per day to avoid injury from improper posture.
- Do not use the product immediately after eating or drinking; wait at least 1 hour.
- Place the product on a flat surface to prevent falling.
- Wear suitable clothing during exercise.
- Warm up before exercising. Ride lightly, adjusting breath and pace gradually.
- Keep away from children when folding to prevent injury.
- DO NOT DISASSEMBLE: Do not modify or refit the product to avoid accidents.
- CONFIRM: If the pedal screw comes loose, tighten it before use to prevent pedal wear or falling. Ensure screws, safety pin, and knob are fixed before use.
- PROHIBIT: Do not use alkaline cleaners, solvents, or volatile oils for cleaning. Do not allow more than one person to use the product simultaneously. This product is for general household use only, not for commercial use. Children are prohibited from using the product. Elderly or disabled individuals should use it under guardianship.
Safe Distance: During use, maintain a safe distance around the exercise bike as shown in the diagram.

Note: There are three M8 screw nuts (No.25) and three Φ8.2 washers (No.26) under the seat cushion (No.5).
3. Assembly Method
Before assembly, verify all spare parts are present using the details on page 3. Contact the seller if any parts are missing.
Step 1: Unfold the main frame
Pull the safety pin out from hole B of the main frame. Unfold the main frame to your preferred angle and insert the safety pin into hole A to secure it.
Warning: Do not assemble if the safety pin is in hole B.

Step 2: Assemble the footstool
Prepare two foot pipes (No.8), four Φ8 wave washers (No.15), four M8 square neck bolts (No.16), four M8 screw caps (No.18), and an open-end wrench (No.19). Attach the foot pipe with wheels to the front of the main frame. Insert two M8 Square neck bolts from the bottom of each foot pipe, then secure with four M8 screw caps and four Φ8 wave washers using the open-end wrench. Ensure the wheels face outward.

Step 3: Assemble the seat
Unscrew the three screw nuts and washers from under the seat. Prepare the extension pipe (No.7), knob (No.11), and open-end wrench (No.19). Attach the seat cushion to the extension pipe using the screw nuts and washers, tightening with the open-end wrench. Insert the extension pipe into the main frame, adjust the height, and secure with the knob.

Step 4: Assemble the pedals
Prepare the left pedal (No.3), right pedal (No.4), and open-end wrench (No.19). Install the left pedal onto the left side of the frame and the right pedal onto the right side, using the open-end wrench. Note the 'L' and 'R' markings and screwing directions on the pedals.

Step 5: Assemble the handle
Prepare the handle with monitor (No.6), four Φ6 washers (No.12), four M6 hexagon socket bolts (No.14), L-shape hexagon wrench (No.20), and two batteries (No.23). Insert the handle into the front of the frame, secure with the M6 hexagon socket bolts and Φ6 washers using the L-shape hexagon wrench. Connect the monitor cable to the main frame and insert the batteries.

Step 6: Assemble the backrest
Prepare the backrest set (No.9), two Φ8.2 washers (No.13), two nuts (No.17), open-end wrench (No.19), L-shape hexagon wrench (No.20), two M8*45 bolts (No.21), and four M8 hexagon socket bolts (No.22). Attach the backrest set using the M8 hexagon socket bolts and L-shape hexagon wrench. Insert the backrest under the seat, then secure with the M8*45 bolts and Φ8.2 washers, and finally tighten the nuts with the open-end wrench.

Button Functions
The round button is used to turn on the monitor, select functions, and clear all data except the odometer.
Operation Guidance
Turn on/off: The monitor turns on automatically when you start exercising or can be turned on manually by pressing the button. It will automatically turn off after a period of inactivity. If no data is displayed, check the wire connection or replace the batteries (AAA model).
Reset: Press and hold the button for over 3 seconds to reset all data except the odometer. Resetting the battery also resets all data.
Scan: When "SCAN" flashes in the lower left corner, data will cycle automatically. You can also manually scan through data by pressing the button.
5. Usage Method
Adjust the height of bike seat
Unscrew the knob (No.11) to adjust the seat height according to your preference. Screw the knob back securely after adjustment.
Adjust the resistance of bike pedals
Rotate the resistance adjustment button on the frame. There are 8 resistance levels, with level 8 being the maximum. Clockwise rotation increases resistance, while anticlockwise rotation decreases it.

Folding storage
Pull the safety pin out from hole A to begin folding. After folding, insert the safety pin into hole B to secure the exercise bike. Store it horizontally to prevent collision.

6. Maintenance and Service
Maintenance
- Clean the product with a neutral detergent diluted with water. Wipe dry with a cloth to prevent rusting.
- Store in a clean, well-ventilated area, away from high temperatures, humidity, and direct sunlight.
- Keep out of reach of children when not in use.
- If the product has been stored for a period, ensure it is functioning normally before use and review the precautions.
- If the product gets wet, dry it immediately with a dry cloth to prevent slipping.
- Recycling and disposal: Please refer to local policies for recycling and disposal due to varying national regulations.
