Exploded Drawing Description
The exploded drawing illustrates the assembly of the HOMCOM Mini Stepper. The main base (1) serves as the foundation. The primary frame structure, which includes the pivot (6) and foot base (9), connects to the main base. Two hydraulic cylinders (23) are mounted to the frame, providing resistance for the stepping motion. The right foot pedal (20) and left foot pedal (22) are attached to the cylinders and the frame, allowing users to step up and down. Various hardware components, such as Hex Recessed Flat head Bolts (7, 19, 24), Washers (8, 16, 17, 25), Lock nuts (26), Bushings (12, 15), and Nylon bearings (14), are used to securely connect these parts and ensure smooth operation. Plastic covers (18) and End caps (2) are used for finishing and protection. A console (3) is mounted on the frame to display workout data. Rubber components (27) are likely for grip or stability.
