I. Important Precautions
⚠️ CAUTION: Read all precautions and instructions in this manual before using this equipment. Keep this manual for future reference.
Minimum User Height: 140 cm
Maximum User Weight: 100 kg.
The security key has a magnet which must be placed in the display. At the end of the lace, there is a clamp that should be attached to clothing. The treadmill will start working only if the key is placed in the display. This is essential. ⭐
A correct lubrication of the treadmill with silicone oil or Teflon is REALLY IMPORTANT. This lubrication must be performed regularly depending on usage, even before its first use. ?
WARNING:
You must preserve the original packaging with its protections, purchase receipt, manual, and components during the guarantee period.
In order to decrease the risk of suffering severe injuries, read carefully all the important instructions and warnings regarding the use of a treadmill before using it. Homcom does not take any responsibility for personal injuries or property damages resulting from the use of this product.
- Before starting any workout program, consult your doctor. This is especially important for people older than 35 years old, people with health problems, and pregnant women.
- The owner must ensure that all users are correctly informed about the warnings.
- Use the equipment as explained in the instruction manual.
- Keep the equipment in an enclosed area, away from dust or humidity. Do not store it in a garage, indoor backyard, or near water. Humidity, dust, and water could lead to a malfunction of the equipment, annulling its guarantee.
- Place the unit on a flat surface. If the surface is uneven, proper functioning could be affected. Some models include levellers or levelling threads behind the legs, helping with levelling. Please read the manual to verify if your unit is provided with one of them.
- The unit must be placed in a ventilated area. Do not use it in places with sprays or oxygen dispensers. The air you breathe may be affected and cause an accident.
- Keep children younger than 12 years old and pets away from the equipment. Maintain a security distance.
- Check the manual for the maximum weight your equipment can support. An excessive weight could lead to a malfunction in the operating system, which won't be covered by the guarantee.
- Wear suitable clothes and shoes. Do not wear loose clothing that may get hooked.
- If your equipment is working through a power supply: ensure that the power cord and plug are in good condition. Carry out the connection only when the circuit has a ground connection; otherwise, it could cause damages to the equipment or property, which the guarantee won't cover. Power cords must be kept away from hot surfaces.
- If it is a battery-powered unit: check and ensure that they are charged enough for the display to function fully.
- If your equipment is provided with a security key, please understand its function before using it. The security key has a magnet which must be put in the display. At the end of the lace, there is a clamp that should be attached to clothing. The treadmill will start working only if the key is placed in the display. THIS IS ESSENTIAL. ⭐
- If your unit works thanks to a power supply: do not put it into operation while you are on the belt. The motor would be unnecessarily loaded. The correct way is to stand with legs open, each one on a side of the belt, and step onto the belt once it is running.
- If your unit works with an electric supply: check the speed it can reach for your security. It is best to adjust the speed gradually to avoid sudden changes.
- If your unit works through an electric supply: never leave the machine unattended while it is working. Remove the security key, turn the "on" button to "off", and unplug the power cord.
- If your equipment is provided with a pulse sensor, be aware that it is not a medical instrument. It is designed as a help for workouts and determines heart rate tendencies. Several factors can affect the accuracy of heart rate interpretations, for example, the user's movements.
- Machines do not take up too much space as they can be folded. Once folded, ensure that everything is well assembled to the locking system, whether it has a lock or a hydraulic engine. Do not try to move or lift it unless you are insured. Should any damage occur while the machine is uninsured, it will not be covered by the guarantee.
- Check and tighten all screws on a regular basis, because due to vibrations, screws and nuts tend to loosen. Damages caused by a lack of maintenance will not be covered by the guarantee.
- A correct lubrication of the treadmill with silicone oil or Teflon is REALLY IMPORTANT. This lubrication must be performed regularly depending on usage, even before its first use. The lubrication must be carried out this way: disconnect the equipment from the electricity supply (if applicable), pull up the belt from the side with one hand and spread the oil on the board. Repeat this procedure from the other lateral side. Connect the equipment to the power supply (if applicable), turn the "on" button (red button) to the correct position (I), insert the security key, and let the treadmill run for several minutes without any weight on it. Repeat this action regularly. ?
- Two people will be needed to take the unit out of the package. Otherwise, damages caused during this process will not be covered by the guarantee.
- Do not let any object fall into the grooves.
- If the unit works through a power cord: always unplug the power cord before cleaning, after the workout, and before performing any maintenance duty.
- This unit is designed for domestic use in an indoor location, not for a business environment or outdoors.
- Perform a workout with stretches before and after sessions to avoid injuries.
- Drink water before, during, and after the workout.
- If you start feeling pain or dizziness while training: STOP IMMEDIATELY.
- You must preserve the original packaging with its protections, manual, and components during the guarantee period.
- The accessories may differ from other models.

IV. Workout Guidelines
BEWARE: Before starting to use this or any exercise program, consult your doctor. This is especially important for people older than 35 years old, or for people with health problems. If your equipment is provided with a pulse sensor, keep in mind that it is not a medical instrument. Several factors can vary the accuracy of heart rate interpretations. The pulse sensor is just a help for workouts, determining general heart rate tendencies.
Workout Structure:
- Warm-up: Start stretching and slightly activating the muscles for 5 to 10 minutes. The warm-up will increase your body temperature, heart rate, and blood flow, preparing you for the workout.
- Workout Focused on the Training Area: Perform exercises for 20-30 minutes, maintaining your target heart rate (do not maintain your heart rate for more than 20 minutes during the first weeks of the exercise program). Breathe constantly and deeply during the workout (never hold your breath).
- Cool-down: Finish with stretching exercises for 5-10 minutes. Stretching increases muscle flexibility and helps prevent injuries after workouts.
Frequency of Workout:
To get fit or improve your shape, complete three workout sessions per week, with a rest day between sessions. After several months of regular training, you will be able to complete up to five workouts a week.

VI. Maintenance ⚙️
This product must be earthed. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced with a manufacturer-recommended power cord.
DO NOT TANGLE THE POWER CORD
Regular Maintenance of the Treadmill:
- Storage: Keep your equipment in an enclosed place, away from dust or humidity. Do not store it in a garage, an indoor backyard, or near water. Humidity, dust, and water could damage it and affect its functionality.
- Electric Cable: Ensure that the cable and plug are in perfect condition. Electric cables must be kept away from hot surfaces.
- Screws and Connecting Cables: Supervise and tighten screws regularly, as vibrations tend to loosen screws and nuts.
Lubrication:
It is very important to correctly lubricate the treadmill with silicone oil or Teflon. This lubrication must be performed regularly depending on its use, even before the first use. There is a hole for adding oil on the motor cover. After starting the machine, please change to the highest speed, then add the oil into the hole. The oil will spread from the middle between the running belt and the board.
Lubrication Frequency:
Usage Frequency | Lubrication Interval |
---|---|
< 3 hours/week | 2 months |
4 - 7 hours/week | 1 month |
> 8 hours/week | 15 days |
Align and Tighten the Belt of the Treadmill:
Align the Belt:
Due to use, the belt may move off-center. If the belt has moved to the left, start the treadmill and increase the speed to 3 KM/H. Use the 5mm wrench to turn the fixed left bolt clockwise or turn the fixed right bolt counterclockwise. Do not tighten the belt too much to allow walking. Repeat this procedure until the belt is properly aligned.
If it deviates to the left, adjust the screw on the left side clockwise or the screw on the right side counterclockwise.
If it deviates to the right, adjust the screw on the right side clockwise or the screw on the left side counterclockwise.
Tighten the Belt (if the belt slips on the treadmill when walking):
Start the treadmill and increase the speed to 3 MPH. Using the 5mm wrench, turn both bolts 1/4 clockwise. If the belt is properly tightened for walking, you should be able to pull up each side of the belt 5 to 7 cm off the platform. Be careful and maintain the belt aligned. Repeat this procedure until the belt is properly tightened.
If the running belt slips, use the 6mm wrench and turn both sides bolts 1/4 clockwise. Repeat this procedure until the belt is properly tightened.
Tighten the Drive Belt (if the drive belt becomes loose after a period of use):
You need to: (1) Open the motor cover. (2) Use the 5mm wrench to turn the adjusting bolt clockwise. Repeat this procedure until the drive belt is no longer slippery.
(Diagram description: An arrow points to an 'Adjusting bolt'.)
Cleaning:
Do not use abrasive products. A damp cloth is sufficient.
Leveling:
If your unit is provided with leveling wheels, please adjust them to avoid vibrations and therefore malfunctions.
