Important Safety Information
Please keep this manual for future reference. It is important to read the entire manual before assembling and using your treadmill equipment. Your safety and correct use can only be guaranteed if the equipment is assembled according to the manual, maintained in good working order, and used as recommended. Ensure every user is well-informed of the usage conditions, precautions, and potential dangers.
- Before starting any training on the treadmill, consult a doctor to determine any contraindications. Do not risk your health, especially if you have medical treatment concerning the heart, blood pressure, or cholesterol.
- Be attentive to all symptoms, discomfort, or physical sensations following intensive training. Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, chest tightness, irregular heartbeats, shortness of breath, or the first symptoms of dizziness or nausea. In such cases, consult a doctor and follow their recommendations.
- This equipment can only be used by adults. Ensure children or pets do not use it.
- The equipment should be installed and used on a flat, resistant floor covered with a protective mat. For complete safety, keep 0.5m of clear access around the equipment.
- Before using the equipment, ensure all screws, nuts, and knobs are tightly secured.
- As a safety measure, regularly inspect your equipment for any wear, tear, or breakage of components.
- Always use your equipment as recommended in this manual. If a part is missing during assembly, if you identify a defective part, or if you hear a suspicious noise during training, stop using the treadmill immediately until the problem is resolved.
- Dress appropriately for training; avoid overly loose clothing that could get caught in the mechanism and block the proper functioning of the device.
- This equipment has been tested and obtained EN957 Class HC certification. Designed for domestic use only and for a person with a maximum weight of 110kg. Brake management is independent of speed.
- This device is not suitable for therapeutic rehabilitation.
- Do not injure your back trying to move the equipment alone. Choose to move it with others to share the load and, above all, adopt the correct posture.

- A safety zone of at least 2000 mm in length and a width at least equal to that of the equipment must be maintained at the rear of the treadmill during use.
- WARNING! Heart rate monitoring systems can be inaccurate. Excessive exercise may result in serious injury or death. If you feel unwell, stop exercising immediately.
- Sound emissions under load are higher than when unloaded.
- The safety level of the equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly inspected for damage and wear, e.g., ropes, pulleys, and connection points.
- Immediately replace defective components and/or take the equipment out of service until repaired.
- Keep unsupervised children away from the equipment.
- Injuries may result from incorrect or excessive training. Instructions must be provided for each major exercise type for which the equipment is designed.

Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps carefully to assemble your treadmill.
Step 1: Unpack and Identify Components
Open the carton and remove all elements. Ensure nothing is missing:
- 1. Treadmill
- 2. Two side frame uprights
- 3. One handrail
- 4. A hardware bag
Step 2: Assemble Vertical Uprights
Take the left and right vertical uprights. The connector is on the right upright; connect it as shown in FIG 1. Then, slot and screw the 2 vertical uprights together (FIG 2). Verify that the vertical uprights are well assembled and connected (FIG 3). Be cautious of the electrical wires inside the frame tube; do not twist or pinch them when assembling the unit.
Step 3: Attach Handrail
Fix the handrail onto the vertical uprights. To slot them in completely, do not hesitate to spread the handrail slightly so it fits easily; this is normal. Insert the 4 screws, initially screwing them lightly. Once each side seems well in place, finish tightening the screws. Finally, connect the control computer cables (FIG 4).
Step 4: Install Control Computer Knob and Safety Key
Insert the adjustment knob under the control computer and screw it in normally, without overtightening (FIG 5). Then, place the magnetic safety stop key on the console (FIG 7).
Step 5: Cover Security Bolts
Finally, cover the security bolts with the provided plastic cap (FIG 7).
Assembly and Adjustment
Step 1: Folding Mechanism
Turn the knob fixed on the side, then lift the treadmill to assemble the machine (FLG 1). Pull the tension knob then release it to fix the assembly (FLG 2). The machine can now be moved (FLG 3).
Step 2: Unfolding and Use
Pull the tension knob on the side; the treadmill unfolds downwards. Once in place and secured by the knob at the base, and then powered on, you can use your treadmill.
Exercise Instructions
Using your treadmill will provide several benefits: improvement of your physical condition, muscle tone, and fitness maintenance. The dashboard will also allow you to track calories burned.
1. Warm-up Phase
This phase prepares your muscles and cardiovascular system for effort. It allows blood circulation to be established gradually, warming up your muscles. It is also recommended to perform some stretching exercises as illustrated below. Each posture should be held for about 30 seconds. Do not force if you feel pain; relax immediately.
- [Forward Bends]
- [Calf/Achilles Stretch]
- [Side Bends]
- [Outer Thigh Stretch]
2. Exercise Phase
This is the main muscular and cardiac effort phase. After warming up, your muscles become more flexible, allowing you to maintain your pace over time. Try to provide a regular effort without jerks to increase your heart rate gradually as described in the graph below.
Aim for approximately 15 to 20 minutes of effort at this intensity.
3. Recovery Phase
This phase allows you to lower your heart rate and relax your muscles following the same protocol as the warm-up phase. Lower the tempo and continue for 5 minutes at this pace. The more you repeat the exercises with increasing intensity, the more effective your fitness will be. It is recommended to exercise 3 times per week, spaced throughout the week.
Weight Loss
The key is the intensity and regularity of the effort. The more intense and longer the effort, the more calories you will burn. This corresponds exactly to the same process of improving your fitness.
Safety During Exercise
- Ensure the treadmill is well assembled and all screws or bolts are tightened.
- Consult your doctor before starting training.
- Dress appropriately for any training on the treadmill.
- Prevent children from being near the treadmill when it is running.
- Avoid training within 2 hours after a meal and within 1 hour before.
- Keep your hands on the handrail until you feel secure.
- Leave space around the treadmill to facilitate mounting and dismounting.
Stop training immediately if the following signs appear: nausea, tremors, shortness of breath, rapid heartbeats, headache, or chest pain. Absolutely consult a doctor if symptoms persist.
Adjustment and Maintenance
Treadmill Adjustment
The treadmill was adjusted during manufacturing, but each runner has different left and right foot strikes. If the treadmill moves or drifts to one side during use, you must re-center it. For this, you have 2 adjustment screws at the rear of the treadmill (Fig 3). Tighten the screw on the side of the drift by a quarter turn and loosen the screw on the opposite side by the same degree. Then, rotate the treadmill slowly to check for proper centering. If it is not centered, repeat the adjustment process.
Maintenance
The treadmill can be cleaned with mild soap diluted in water. Wipe the treadmill thoroughly after cleaning; it must be dry before use. Do not forget to also clean under the treadmill with furniture polish from time to time. After cleaning and to maintain good belt rotation, apply a little silicone spray to the belt.
Control Screen
The control screen displays Speed, Duration, Distance, and Calories.

- Place the emergency stop key on the magnetic button on the screen.
- Plug the treadmill into an outlet.
- Press the ON/OFF button at the base of the treadmill.

These indications are training control indicators and do not have medical value.
NOTE: The LCD control screen automatically turns off if not used for 4 minutes. The control screen turns on as soon as the ON button is pressed. Do not run on the treadmill while selecting MODE or adjusting functions.
Troubleshooting
Control Screen/Computer Not Working
If the control computer is not working, verify that it is properly plugged in, especially the cable connecting the treadmill to the computer. If it still does not work, check that the magnetic button is functional and correctly installed.
Treadmill Not Working
