I. IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS
Minimum User Height: 140 cm
Maximum User Weight: 90 kg
A correct lubrication of the treadmill with silicone oil or Teflon is REALLY IMPORTANT. This lubrication must be performed regularly depending on usage, even before its first use.
Preserve the original packaging with its protections, purchase receipt, manual, and components during the guarantee period.
WARNING: To decrease the risk of severe injuries, read carefully all important instructions and warnings regarding treadmill use before operating. Homcom is not responsible for personal injuries or property damages resulting from the use of this product.
- Before starting any workout program, consult your doctor. This is especially important for individuals over 35, those with health problems, and pregnant women.
- The owner must ensure all users are correctly informed about the warnings.
- Use the equipment as explained in the instruction manual.
- Keep the equipment in an enclosed area, away from dust or humidity. Do not store it in a garage, indoor backyard, or near water, as humidity, dust, and water could lead to malfunction, annulling the guarantee.
- Place the unit on a flat surface. If the surface is uneven, proper functioning could be affected. Some models include levellers or levelling threads behind the legs; consult the manual to verify if your unit is equipped with them.
- The unit must be placed in a ventilated area. Do not use it in places with sprays or oxygen dispensers, as the air quality may be affected and cause an accident.
- Keep children younger than 12 years old and pets away from the equipment. Maintain a safe distance.
- Check the manual for the maximum weight your equipment can support. Excessive weight could lead to a malfunction in the operating system, which won't be covered by the guarantee.
- Wear suitable clothes and shoes. Do not wear loose clothing that may get hooked.
- If your equipment operates via a power supply: ensure the power cord and plug are in good condition. Connect only when the circuit has a ground connection; otherwise, it could cause damages not covered by the guarantee. Power cords must be kept away from hot surfaces.
- If it is a battery-powered unit: check and ensure batteries are charged enough for the display to function fully.
- If your equipment is provided with a security key: understand its use before operating. The security key has a magnet that must be placed in the display. A clamp at the end of the lace should be attached to clothing. The treadmill will only start if the key is in the display – THIS IS ESSENTIAL.
- If your unit operates via a power supply: do not start it while standing on the belt. The motor would be unnecessarily loaded. Position yourself with legs open, one on each side of the belt, and step onto it once it is running.
- If your unit operates with an electric supply: check the speed it can reach for your security. Adjust the speed gradually to avoid sudden changes.
- If your unit operates via an electric supply: never leave the machine unattended while it is working. Remove the security key, turn the "on" button to "off", and unplug the power cord.
- If your equipment is provided with a pulse sensor: understand it is not a medical instrument. It is designed as a workout aid to determine heart rate tendencies. Factors like user movement can affect accuracy.
- Machines can be folded to save space. Once folded, ensure all parts are secured by the locking system (whether it has a lock or a hydraulic mechanism). Do not attempt to move or lift it unless insured. Any damage occurring while uninsured will not be covered by the guarantee.
- Check and tighten all screws regularly, as vibrations can cause screws and nuts to loosen. Damages caused by a lack of maintenance will not be covered by the guarantee.
- A correct lubrication with silicone oil or Teflon is VERY IMPORTANT and must be performed regularly, even before the first use. Lubrication procedure: disconnect power, lift the tapestry from the side with one hand and spread oil on the board. Repeat from the other side. Connect power, turn the "on" button (red button) to the correct position ([power on position]), insert the security key, and let the treadmill work for several minutes without weight. Repeat this action regularly.
- Two people are needed to remove the unit from the package. Damages incurred during unpacking by one person will not be covered by the guarantee.
- Do not let any object fall into the grooves.
- If the unit works via a power cord: always unplug the power cord before cleaning, after the workout, and before performing any maintenance.
- This unit is designed for domestic, indoor use only, not for business environments or outdoor use.
- Perform warm-up stretches before and after sessions to avoid injuries.
- Drink water before, during, and after the workout.
- If you feel pain or dizziness while training: STOP IMMEDIATELY.
- Preserve the original packaging with its protections, manual, and components during the guarantee period.
- Accessories may differ from other models.
- This electronic product must not be disposed of in municipal waste bins under any circumstances. To preserve the environment, this product must be recycled according to applicable law. Contact your local council to learn more about this procedure.

IV. WORKOUT GUIDELINES
BEWARE: Before starting to use this or any exercise programs, consult your doctor. This is especially important for people over 35 years old or those with health problems.
If your equipment is provided with a pulse sensor, remember it is not a medical instrument. Several factors can vary the accuracy of heart rate interpretations. The pulse sensor is a workout aid, determining general heart rate tendencies.
Workout Program Structure:
- Warm-up: Start with stretching and slightly activating muscles for 5 to 10 minutes. Warm-up increases body temperature, heart rate, and blood flow, preparing you for the workout.
- Workout: Perform exercises for 20-30 minutes. For the first few weeks, do not maintain your heart rate for more than 20 minutes. Breathe constantly and deeply during the workout; never hold your breath.
- Cool-down: Finish with stretching exercises for 5-10 minutes. Stretching increases muscle flexibility and helps prevent injuries after workouts.
Workout Frequency:
To get fit or improve your shape, complete three workout sessions each week, with a rest day between sessions. After several months of regular training, you may be able to complete up to five workouts a week.
V. TREADMILL OPERATION
Controller Functions:
The controller features:
- SPEED [speed increase]: Press the "Speed +" key; speed will increase by 0.5 km/h.
- SPEED [speed decrease]: Press the "Speed -" key; speed will decrease by 0.5 km/h.
- [power on]: Turn the unit on.
- [power off]: Turn the unit off.
Display Information:
The display shows the speed range from 1 km/h to 6 km/h.
VI. MAINTENANCE
This product must be earthed. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced with a manufacturer-recommended power cord. DO NOT TANGLE THE POWER CORD.
Regular Maintenance:
- STORAGE: Keep your equipment in an enclosed place, away from dust or humidity. Do not store it in a garage, indoor backyard, or near water, as humidity, dust, and water could damage it and affect its functionality.
- ELECTRIC CABLE: Ensure the cable and plug are in perfect condition. Electric cables must be kept away from hot surfaces.
- SCREWS AND CONNECTING CABLES: Periodically check and tighten screws, as vibrations can cause screws and nuts to loosen.
- LUBRICATION: After running for a period, the treadmill requires lubrication with special silicone oil.
- Frequency Suggestion:
- Less than 3 hours/week: Every 2 months
- 4-7 hours/week: Every 1 month
- More than 8 hours/week: Every 15 days
Do not lubricate more than necessary. Regular and reasonable lubrication improves the treadmill's lifespan.
Lubrication Procedure:
- Ensure the machine is switched off and unplugged.
- Lift the running belt from the side and observe if there is any silicone remaining on the running board underneath. If it appears dry, apply lubricant.
- To lubricate the running board: Stop the running belt and fold the treadmill. Turn over the running belt at the back of the mainframe. Insert the lubricant pot as deep as possible into the middle of the running belt. Apply the lubricant onto the inner side of the running belt. Lubricate both sides of the running belt.
Belt Alignment and Tightening:
- ALIGN THE BELT: Due to use, the belt can move off center.
- If the belt has moved to the left: Start the treadmill and increase the speed to 3 MPH. Use the [5mm wrench] to turn the fixed left bolt [clockwise] or turn the fixed right bolt [counterclockwise]. Do not overtighten the belt. Repeat until properly aligned.
- If deviate to the left: Adjust the screw on the left side [clockwise] or the screw on the right side [counterclockwise].
- If deviate to the right: Adjust the screw on the right side [clockwise] or the screw on the left side [counterclockwise].
- TIGHTEN THE BELT: (If the belt slips when walking). Start the treadmill and increase the speed to 3 MPH. Using the [5 mm wrench], turn both bolts [1/4 turn clockwise]. The belt should be tight enough to walk, allowing you to pull up each side of the belt 5 or 7 cm off the platform. Be careful to maintain belt alignment. Repeat until properly tightened.
- TIGHTEN THE DRIVE BELT: If the drive belt becomes loose:
- Open the [motor cover].
- Use the [5mm wrench] to turn the [adjusting bolt] [clockwise]. Repeat until the drive belt is no longer slippery.
Other Maintenance:
- CLEANING: Do not use abrasive products. A damp cloth is sufficient.
- LEVELING: If your unit has levelling wheels, adjust them to avoid vibrations and malfunctions.
KEEP THESE MAINTENANCE ADVISES FOR FUTURE REFERENCES.
