Exercise Advices and Plan

Stretching Exercises

Stretching exercises are necessary to improve muscle activity and reduce the risk of sports injuries. Follow the guidance below after warming up. Perform each stretch 5 times, and repeat after exercise.

  1. Stretch down: Bend down to relax your shoulders and back, then try to touch your feet. Repeat 3 times.

[Diagram Description: Figure demonstrating a standing forward bend, reaching towards the feet.]

  2. Stretch legs: Sit on a mat, stretch one leg straight, and keep the other leg bent for balance. Try to touch the toes of the straight leg. Hold the pose for 10-15 seconds, then repeat for the other leg. Perform 3 times.

[Diagram Description: Figures demonstrating seated hamstring and quad stretches, one leg extended, the other bent.]

  3. Wall/Table Push-down: Stand and place your hands on a wall or table. Push your body down. Hold for 10-15 seconds. Repeat 3 times for each leg.

Safety Warning

In any case, when the safety lock is removed, the display window will show: E07 (indicating safety lock removed).

Mode Operation

Auto Mode:

Before workout, check the electric plug and power switch. The display window shows "____" in standby state. When the start key is pressed, the display shows "0:00". Pressing the start key again initiates a 3-second countdown, after which "1KM" is displayed. The display will then cycle through speed, time, distance, and calorie. You can adjust the speed using the speed +/- keys. The maximum speed is 10 km/h.

Manual Mode:

The display window shows "0:00" in standby state. Pressing the "P" key cycles through modes P1 to P12. Pressing the "Time +-" keys adjusts the workout time. Minimum workout time is 5 minutes, and maximum is 99 minutes. After setting, the system enters a default state with a 3-second countdown to running.

Maintenance

Lubricating

The running belt must be lubricated with specialized silicone oil after a period of use.

Suggestions:

Notice: Avoid over-lubricating; reasonable lubrication can prolong the treadmill's life.

Methods of lubricating:

To check if your treadmill needs lubricating, hold the running belt and touch the bottom center of the belt with your other hand. If you feel the wet silicone oil, it does not need lubricating. If the belt feels very dry, it needs lubricating.

A: How to lubricate (as pictured)

B: Stop and fold the treadmill.

C: Raise the running belt on the base. Place the silicone oil pot under the running belt and smear the silicone oil on the belt and both sides of the treadmill. Set the speed to 1 Km/h to ensure the silicone oil lubricates well. Step on the running belt from left to right to improve the lubricating effect.

[Diagram Description: A close-up illustration showing the underside of the running belt and the running board, indicating where to apply silicone oil.]

Elastic Tendency Adjustment of Running Belt

Every treadmill is set for elastic tendency before leaving the factory and after assembly, but it may become loose after a period of use. If the belt gets stuck or slides, turn the adjusting bolt clockwise, semi-circle at a time (left and right simultaneously), to adjust the running belt. Do not make it too loose or too tight, or the belt may slide or overload the motor.

Running Belt Deviating

Several factors can cause the running belt to deviate:

Simply setting the treadmill flat and running it idly may solve issue A. If deviation persists, adjust using a 6mm Allen wrench in quarter turns. Belt deviation is out of warranty. Please fix the problem as soon as it is found, or it may damage the running belt.

If deviating turns to the right: Turn the left screw counterclockwise and the right screw clockwise.

[Diagram Description: Illustration showing the underside of the treadmill rear, with two adjustment screws circled. Arrows indicate turning the left screw counterclockwise and the right screw clockwise for right deviation.]

If deviating turns to the left: Turn the left screw clockwise and the right screw counterclockwise.

[Diagram Description: Illustration showing the underside of the treadmill rear, with two adjustment screws circled. Arrows indicate turning the left screw clockwise and the right screw counterclockwise for left deviation.]

A: Turn the screw in a clockwise direction with the Allen wrench.

B: Adjust the intensity. The belt is okay if it does not slide under load. (Clean debris between the belt ditch and belt wheels).
