Bluetooth Pairing

1. Step 1: Enable Bluetooth

   Turn on Bluetooth in your device's settings.

2. Step 2: Initiate Pairing Mode

   Press and hold the button on the headset for 8 seconds. Release the button. The indicator lights will flash blue/red.

3. Step 3: Connect to Device

   Select 'JLab JBuds Work' in your device's Bluetooth settings to connect.

Multipoint Connection (Connect to 2 Devices Simultaneously)

1. Step 1: Prepare for Second Device

   When the FIRST device is connected, turn off Bluetooth in that device's settings. The JBuds Work headset will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

2. Step 2: Connect Second Device

   Go to the SECOND device's Bluetooth settings and connect to JBuds Work.

3. Step 3: Reconnect First Device

   Go to the FIRST device's settings. Turn on Bluetooth and connect to JBuds Work again.

Button Functions

Headset Controls

• Volume Up: Press once.
• Track Forward: Press and hold for 2+ seconds.
• Volume Down: Press once.
• Track Backward: Press and hold for 2+ seconds.
• Power On/Off: Press and hold for 3+ seconds.
• Play/Pause: Press once.
• Answer/End Call: Press once (functions when the boom microphone is in the down position).
• Decline Incoming Call: Press and hold for 1+ second.
• Activate Siri (iOS) or "OK Google" (Android): Press twice.
• Listen-Yourself On/Off: Triple press.
• Bluetooth Pairing: Refer to the Bluetooth Pairing section.

EQ Toggle

Switch EQ Voice/Music: Press and hold both buttons simultaneously.

Boom Microphone

• Auto-Answer Call: Rotate down.
• Auto-Hang Up / Decline Incoming Call: Rotate up.

Microphone Mute

Microphone Mute On/Off: [mute toggle]

Mode Switching

Charging

Connect to a computer or USB 5v 1A (or lower) output device using the provided charging cable.

Note: JBuds Work can charge simultaneously while Bluetooth is connected. Turn on and connect the device after charging begins.

AUX Input

JBuds Work can be used as a wired headset with an AUX cable.

Note: The headset will continue to use a limited amount of battery power for the microphones to function.

Important Safety Information

• Avoid getting moisture and liquid on the headphone cups.
• Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
• Avoid dropping or crushing the headphones, pulling hard on or applying extreme force to the cable, or bending the cable at a sharp angle.
• Wax can build up in the headphone cups, which can degrade sound quality. Gently remove wax with a Q-tip or other small tool to improve sound quality.
• If you experience discomfort or pain, try turning down the volume or stop using the product for a period.
• If you experience persistent discomfort when using this product, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
• We recommend treating the headphones the same way you treat expensive sunglasses, and storing them in a safe place when not in use.
