Bluetooth Pairing

Turn on Bluetooth in your device settings.
Press and hold the button for 8 seconds. Release. The lights will flash blue/red. [Indicator Lights]
Select "JLab GO Work" in your device settings to connect.

Multipoint Connection (Connects 2 Devices Simultaneously)

Turn off Bluetooth in the device settings once the FIRST device is connected. GO Work will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
Open the Bluetooth settings of the SECOND device and connect to GO Work.
Open the settings of the FIRST device. Turn Bluetooth back on and connect to GO Work.

Button Functions

VOLUME UP: Press once
TRACK FORWARD: Press and hold for 2+ seconds
VOLUME DOWN: Press once
TRACK BACK: Press and hold for 2+ seconds
POWER ON/OFF: Press and hold for 2+ seconds
PLAY/PAUSE/ANSWER CALL/ HANG UP: Press once
REJECT INCOMING CALL: Press and hold for 1+ seconds
ACTIVATE SIRI (iOS) OR "OK GOOGLE" (ANDROID): Press twice
MONITOR YOURSELF ON/OFF: Press three times (when on a call)
BLUETOOTH PAIRING: See Bluetooth Pairing section

EQUALIZER SWITCH BETWEEN CALL/MUSIC: Press and hold both buttons simultaneously [Equalizer Switch Icon]

BOOM MICROPHONE: Can be rotated left or right [Boom Mic Rotation]

MICROPHONE MUTE ON/OFF: [Mic Mute Button]

MUTE OFF [Mute Off Indicator]
MUTE ON [Mute On Indicator]

Charging

Connect the device to a computer or a USB 5v 1A (or less) charger.

Note: GO Work can be charged while Bluetooth is connected. Turn the device on and connect it after charging has begun.

AUX Input

GO Work can be used as a wired headset with an AUX cable.

Note: The headset will continue to use a small portion of the battery for the microphone to function.

Caution

Avoid moisture or liquids entering the earcups.
Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
Avoid dropping or crushing the headphones, straining the cable with quick pulls or extreme force, or bending the cable at sharp angles.
Earwax may accumulate in the earcups, affecting sound quality. Carefully remove earwax with a cotton swab or other small tool to improve sound quality.
If you experience discomfort or pain, try reducing the volume or temporarily discontinuing use.
If you regularly experience discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
We recommend treating your headphones like a pair of sunglasses and storing them in a safe place when not in use.
