Bluetooth Pairing

Follow these steps to connect your JBuds Work headphones via Bluetooth:

Activate Bluetooth in your device's settings.
On the JBuds Work headphones, press and hold the power button for 8 seconds. Release the button when the indicator light begins blinking blue and red.
On your device's Bluetooth settings, select "JLab JBuds Work" to connect.

Multipoint: Connect 2 Devices Simultaneously

Connect two devices to your JBuds Work headphones at the same time:

Once the FIRST device is connected, disable Bluetooth in its settings. The JBuds Work will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
Go to the Bluetooth settings of your SECOND device and connect it to JBuds Work.
Go back to your FIRST device's settings, activate Bluetooth, and reconnect to JBuds Work.

Button Functions

Understand the controls for your JBuds Work headphones:

Volume Up: Single press the button.
Next Track: Press and hold the button for at least 2 seconds.
Volume Down: Single press the button.
Previous Track: Press and hold the button for at least 2 seconds.
Power On/Off: Press and hold the button for at least 3 seconds.
Play/Pause: Single press the button. ▶️
Answer/End Call: Single press (functions when the boom mic is in the down position). ?
Reject Incoming Call: Press and hold the button for at least 1 second. ☎️
Activate Siri (iOS) or OK Google (Android): Double press the button.
Activate/Deactivate "Be Aware Audio": Triple press the button.
Bluetooth Pairing: Refer to the "Bluetooth Pairing" section.

Toggle between Voice EQ and Music EQ: Press and hold both buttons simultaneously.

Microphone

Boom Microphone:

Auto-Answer Call: Pivot the boom mic downwards.
Auto-Hang Up / Reject Incoming Call: Pivot the boom mic upwards.

Microphone Mute/Unmute: Press the button to activate or deactivate the microphone. ⚙️

Mono/Stereo Modes: The headphones support both Mono and Stereo modes.

Charging

Connect the headphones to a computer or a device with a USB output (5V 1A or lower).

Note: JBuds Work can be charged while connected to another device via Bluetooth. Turn on the headphones and connect them to the device after charging.

AUX Input

JBuds Work can be used as wired headphones with an AUX cable.

Note: For the microphones to function, the headphones will still require a limited amount of battery power.

Care and Maintenance

Follow these guidelines to care for your JBuds Work headphones:

Avoid moisture or liquid in the headphones.
Avoid exposing the product to extreme heat, cold, or humidity.
Do not drop the earbuds or step on them. Avoid damaging the cable by pulling it out quickly, applying excessive force, or bending it sharply.
Earwax may accumulate in the earbuds, potentially degrading audio quality. Carefully remove earwax with a cotton swab or similar small object to improve audio quality.
If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or temporarily stop using the device.
If you experience recurring discomfort while using this product, stop using it and consult a doctor.
We recommend taking care of your headphones as you would a fine pair of sunglasses, and storing them in a secure place when not in use.
