The JA-110P PET is a bus device of the JABLOTRON system. It is used for detecting human movement in buildings. Unlike the standard PIR motion detectors of the JABLOTRON series, this detector features a modified detection characteristic and is equipped with basic pet immunity. The detector eliminates the effects of small animals moving on the floor (up to approx. 25 kg and a maximum size of 40 cm). The detector reacts impulsively and takes a position in the system. The installation of the detector should be carried out by a trained technician with a valid certificate from an authorized dealer.
Installation
⚠️ Always switch off the system's power supply when connecting the detector to the bus.
- Open the detector cover by pressing the latch (5). Do not touch the PIR sensor inside (11) as it could be damaged.
- Remove the circuit board – it is held by a latch (3).
- Punch holes for screws and cables in the plastic base. The recommended mounting height for the detector is 2 m above the floor.
- Insert the bus cable and fix the plastic base to the wall with screws (vertically, with the cover latch facing downwards).
- Reinsert the circuit board and connect the cables to the terminals (8).
- Proceed by following the installation manual of the control panel.
