AECOJOY Cast Aluminum Dining Set Assembly Instructions
This document provides assembly instructions for the AECOJOY Cast Aluminum Dining Set, including components for both the table (SS16221BK_Box A) and chairs (SS16221BK_Box B).
Assembly Instructions
Thank you for choosing our product. Please check all parts listed below and read this manual very carefully. Assemble them step by step. Feel free to contact us for any questions.
Before Starting Assembly:
- Do not discard any packaging until you have checked that you have all parts and pack of fittings.
- Keep children away during assembly. This item contains small parts which can be swallowed by children.
- We suggest you carry out the assembly on a soft surface like a carpet, so as to avoid scratching the paint.
- Please note that this product is made of cast metal; you may find roughness on the surface which enhances the beauty of the product and is not a defect.
- Retain the assembly instructions for future reference.

Table Assembly
Step 1: Preparation
Place all parts on a clean and soft surface.

Step 2: Attach Studs and Legs
Turn over the table top (1). Attach the Stud M8 (E) into the nuts inside the table. Then, attach the table legs (2) to the studs on the table top (1) using M8 Flat Washers (C), M8 Spring Washers (B), and M8 Nuts (A). DO NOT over-tighten.

Step 3: Attach Leg Supports
Attach the table leg supports (3) to the four legs (2) using M8 Flat Washers (C), M8 Spring Washers (B), and M8 Nuts (A). DO NOT over-tighten.

Step 4: Final Tightening and Leveling
Tighten all nuts with the Wrench (4). Turn over the table. Adjust the pre-installed Rubber Leg Pads (L) until the table is level with the ground. Tighten all the nuts and cover them with M8 protect hats (D). Your table is now ready for use.

Chair Assembly
Step 1: Assemble Back to Seat
Assemble the chair back (A1) to the seat (B1) on an even, soft, clean surface using M8 Flat Washer (E), M8 Spring Washer (F), M8 Nut (G), and M8 Nut Cap (H).

Step 2: Attach Legs
Attach the four legs (D1) to the seat (B1) using M8 Flat Washer (E), M8 Spring Washer (F), M8 Nut (G), and M8 Nut Cap (H).

Step 3: Attach Arms
Attach the two arms (C1) to the chair back using Stud (I1), M6 Flat Washer (J), M6 Spring Washer (K), M6 Nut (L), and M6 Nut Cap (M). Attach the two arms to the seat using the same hardware: Stud (I1), M6 Flat Washer (J), M6 Spring Washer (K), M6 Nut (L), and M6 Nut Cap (M).
Tighten all bolts. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.

Step 4: Final Assembly
The chairs are now fully assembled. Ensure all components are securely fastened but not over-tightened.

Attention and Care
- This product is NOT a TOY. Keep your child/children at bay during the process of assembly.
- Do not put hot items directly on the furniture surface.
- Do not clean furniture with harsh cleansers or polish.
- To prolong the product lifetime, avoid extended and lengthy exposure to rain and sunshine.
- Where possible, place under covers and/or patio awnings.
- Stains may be removed with mild soap solution and a damp cloth.
- Dust and pick-up spills using a clean, non-colored, lint-free cloth.
Warning: Do not force components and overtighten the nuts during assembly.
