• There will be four boxes in total for this whole product. Before assembling, please check you receive all the parts listed below. If there is any missing or damaged part, or if you have any question, please feel free to contact our service team for help.
• Two persons are recommended to assemble the set.
• Recommend to use waterproof furniture cover for entire furniture set when it is used outdoor to keep them longer lifetime.
• Sofa cushion covers can be removed and cleaned up by cleaner when there are stains.

Assembly Instructions

Right Corner Sofa Assembly

STEP 1

Attach component [A-R] to component [B-R] using 2x [3] M6x35mm screws and 2x [6] M6 nuts. Ensure alignment.

STEP 2

Attach component [C-R] to the existing assembly using 3x [3] M6x35mm screws and 3x [6] M6 nuts.

STEP 3

Attach component [D-R] to the assembly using 10x [3] M6x35mm screws and 10x [6] M6 nuts. Place [S] sofa cushion.

Warning: Please put the screws in the screw holes first, don't tighten them, and then tighten them together after they are all aligned.

Left Corner Sofa Assembly

STEP 4

Attach component [A-L] to component [B-L] using 2x [3] M6x35mm screws and 2x [6] M6 nuts.

STEP 5

Attach component [C-L] to the assembly using 3x [3] M6x35mm screws and 3x [6] M6 nuts.

STEP 6

Attach component [D-L] to the assembly using 10x [3] M6x35mm screws and 10x [6] M6 nuts. Place [S] sofa cushion.

Warning: Please put the screws in the screw holes first, don't tighten them, and then tighten them together after they are all aligned.

Middle Corner Sofa Assembly

STEP 7

Attach component [E] to component [F] using 2x [3] M6x35mm screws and 2x [6] M6 nuts.

STEP 8

Attach component [G] to the assembly using 3x [3] M6x35mm screws and 3x [6] M6 nuts.

STEP 9

Attach component [H] to the assembly using 10x [3] M6x35mm screws, 1x [4] M6x45mm screw, and 11x [6] M6 nuts. Place [S] sofa cushion.

Warning: Please put the screws in the screw holes first, don't tighten them, and then tighten them together after they are all aligned.

Connecting Sofas

STEP 10

Connect the Right Corner Sofa and Middle Corner Sofa using 2x [10] Clips.

STEP 11

Connect the Middle Corner Sofa and Left Corner Sofa using 2x [10] Clips.

Table Assembly

STEP 1

Attach table legs [J] to the tabletop [I] using 4x [1] M6x20mm screws and 4x [6] M6 nuts.

STEP 2

Attach table supports [K] to the table legs [J] using 8x [1] M6x20mm screws and 8x [6] M6 nuts.

Warning: Please put the screws in the screw holes first, don't tighten them, and then tighten them together after they are all aligned.

Ottoman Assembly

All three ottomans are installed in the same way.

STEP 1

Assemble the ottoman frame using components [M], [N], and [O].

STEP 2

Continue assembling the ottoman frame.

STEP 3

Complete the ottoman frame assembly.

STEP 4

Please insert the horn buckle into the rattan to fix the padded cushion [P].

Assembly Accomplished

The PE Rattan Furniture Set is now fully assembled, including the right corner sofa, middle corner sofa, left corner sofa, table, and ottomans.
