Important Safety Guidelines

  1. Failure to follow instructions may cause irreversible damage, and the manufacturer is not responsible for the consequences.
  2. During cold winter weather, use the product at room temperature to prevent potential product failure or safety issues caused by condensation on the surface.
  3. Avoid exposing the product to high temperatures or direct sunlight, as this may cause aging or discoloration.
  4. Wash bottles and accessories only to prevent unexpected damage.
  5. Do not hang the power cord over the edge of a table or workbench where the product is placed.
  6. Avoid placing the product on the edge of a table to prevent potential vibrations.
  7. To open the upper lid during operation, press "Pause" first.
  8. When the spray arm is operating, quick opening of the upper lid may cause hot water to splash and cause injury.
  9. If unusual phenomena occur (e.g., burning smell), stop operation and unplug the device immediately.
  10. Ensure the product is unplugged after use.
  11. Certain conditions (e.g., higher altitude or lower ambient temperature) may affect the maximum operating temperature, potentially affecting the product's sterilization function.
  12. Before moving or storing the product, unplug it and wait for it to cool down. Turn off the product and disconnect power before replacing accessories or touching moving parts during use.
  13. Do not use accessories or detergents from other manufacturers; otherwise, the warranty for this product will be void.
  14. Use clean water or low-hardness water; otherwise, limescale may affect the washing quality of the bottle and its accessories, as well as the overall effectiveness and lifespan of the product.
  15. Using detergents not intended for the product is prohibited. Using detergents not intended for this product may cause product malfunction, damage, or safety issues.
  16. Milk residue is easier to remove than substances like rice paste.
  17. Clean milk residue before placing in the dishwasher to avoid degrading washing quality.
  18. This product is for domestic use only.
  19. Keep children away from this product. If detergent accidentally contacts skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water and consult a doctor immediately. Cut plastic bags to prevent suffocation of children.
  20. The product is not recommended for individuals in poor physical health, with sensory or mental impairments, or lacking experience and knowledge, to avoid unexpected harm.
  21. If the product is defective and the fault cannot be resolved according to the instructions, contact the manufacturer's after-sales service and professional maintenance personnel to resolve the problem. Do not disassemble or repair the product yourself. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a specialist from the manufacturer, its maintenance department, or a similar department to prevent potential hazards.
  22. Avoid using power strips to prevent overheating of the plug contact point due to poor contact.
  23. Plug into a grounded outlet and ensure the connection is secure.
  24. Before connecting the product to power, check if the product's voltage matches the supply voltage.
  25. Do not plug or unplug the power plug with wet hands.
  26. Do not move the machine while it is running. If the device will not be used for a long time, turn off the power.
  27. During or shortly after operation, do not touch the heating plate, the area around the ventilation opening, the inside of the shelf, etc., to prevent injury.
  28. If the machine needs to stop in an emergency, press and hold the "power" button until the drain stops, then unplug the device.
  29. Only add water at normal temperature to the tank. Adding hot water may damage the device.
  30. Do not pour water directly into the washing chamber, as it may cause malfunction.
  31. There is an air inlet at the bottom of the product; please do not block it.
  32. Do not immerse the product in water during cleaning.

Control Panel Description

The control panel features the following:

  • 1. Power button: Turns the device on/off.
  • 2. Start/Pause button: Starts or pauses the washing cycle.
  • 3. No water indicator: Lights up when the water tank is low.
  • 4. Drying button: Selects the drying function.
  • 5. Rapid wash button: Selects the quick wash program.
  • 6. Normal wash button: Selects the normal wash program.
  • 7. Steam indicator: Indicates steam function is active.
  • 8. Fresh air indicator: Indicates fresh air circulation is active.
  • 9. Storage indicator: Indicates storage mode is active.
  • 10. Steam button: Activates the steam function.

Assembly Instructions

  1. Mounting: Remove the drain hose and insert the interface end into the drain hose port at the rear of the cleaning device. Plug the power cord into the device's power cord port.
  2. Connection: Place the other end of the drain hose into a suitable drain container or sink.

Bottle Placement Instructions

  1. Before cleaning, empty all milk from the bottle and place it in the washer for optimal cleaning results.
  2. Press the clasps on the bottle and nipple holders to remove them from the lower rack (if applicable).
  3. Arrange baby bottles or tableware according to the standard layout diagram:
    • A. Invert baby bottles and place them into the slots, aligning them with the fixed spray nozzle on the lower rack, so that the spray water column can fully wash the surface.
    • B. Nipples: Nipples are placed on the four corner supports of the lower rack.
  4. Place bottle caps and rings on the rack.

Breast Pump Placement Instructions

Place breast pump components (silicone membrane, valve, pump body, flange) into the rack.

Place suction elements and breast pump covers into the rack.

The holders can be detached if needed.

Place flanges and milk bottles into the rack.

Place breast pump accessories and pump valve into the rack.

Instructions for Placing Children's Utensils

Place tableware, cutlery, and other small items onto the designated racks.

The upper rack can be used for cleaning teacups, pacifiers, toys (silicone, plastic), and other items.

Detergent Tablet Instructions

Using Detergent Tablets:

Add 1 detergent tablet to the bottle compartment.

Precautions for Unsuitable Cleaning of Kitchenware

Item Type Precautions
Woodenware Wooden cutlery is generally sensitive to heat and water, which may lead to damage or deformation with continuous dishwasher washing.
Glued Items Some glues may soften or dissolve during washing.
Warning This appliance cannot clean sharp objects, such as knives.
Aluminumware Using detergents may cause aluminum tableware to become dull, depending on the product's quality.
Other Metalware Iron and cast iron may rust and contaminate other utensils. Copper, lead, tin, antimony, alloys, and brass are also susceptible to contamination.
Decorated Items Most modern porcelain is dishwasher-safe, but items with glazed patterns, gold-plated lines, or hand-painted antique porcelain are not.
Glassware Everyday glassware is generally dishwasher-safe, but crystal and very fine antique glass may be etched and become opaque.
Plasticware Various plastic utensils have different heat resistance during washing and drying. Plastic utensils that are not resistant to high temperatures are not suitable for washing.

Operating Instructions

  1. Arrange items for washing according to the operating instructions.
  2. Place one official Momcozy washing tablet directly into the washing chamber before starting the cycle. Use one tablet for each wash for best results.
  3. Add the appropriate amount of water to the water tank, ensuring it does not fall below the minimum scale line.
  4. Turn on the machine and press the "POWER" button to start. Select a wash program based on your needs, then press the "START" button to begin. You can also press "STORAGE" to add or cancel fresh air circulation for up to 72 hours, or adjust steam by pressing "STEAM".
  5. After drying, wait 10 minutes before removing items due to high temperatures.

Notes:

  • To stop washing, you can press the "POWER" button for 3 seconds; it will stop after automatically draining the water.
  • To pause mid-cycle and add items, press "START" to pause, then open the upper lid.
  • Place the drain hose horizontally downwards, not exceeding half the height of the machine.
  • Avoid using cleaning essences to prevent excessive foam, which may cause water leakage or malfunction. Use special powder detergent for washing.
  • Do not add water directly to the washing chamber.
  • During washing or drying, the drain hose and the vent on the upper lid may become very hot; avoid touching them.

NOTE: Maximum storage sterilization temperature varies with altitude. *The machine intelligently assesses ambient temperature and extends drying time by 0-30 minutes based on the default drying time to ensure efficient drying.

Service Information

Maintenance and Cleaning

  1. Cleaning the Unit: Use a soft, damp cloth to scrub the housing, transparent upper lid, water tank, and water tank cover.
  2. Cleaning the Rack and Spray Arm:
    • ① Remove the upper spray arm assembly vertically upwards.
    • ② Open the lower rack clasp with appropriate force (following the straight arrow) and use both hands to lift the lower rack assembly during assembly.
    • ③ Remove the lower spray arm.
    • Remove the residue container by rotating it slightly to the right.

Air Filter Replacement Instructions

  1. Lay the machine on its side and open the air filter cover.
  2. Remove the air filter cartridge.
  3. Replace the air filter cartridge with a new one.
  4. Lock the air filter cover.

Error Codes

Appearance Fault Description Solutions
Flashing lights No water instructions When this reminder appears, it is usually due to insufficient water in the water tank. After adding water, press "Start" again, and the system can continue filling with water and operate normally.
Repeated warnings If there is water in the tank but you receive multiple low water level warnings and the system operates abnormally, possible causes may be a damaged diaphragm pump or a damaged flowmeter. Please contact after-sales personnel for the above-mentioned checks.
Display "E4" Temperature sensor error Restart the device after unplugging. If the same problem occurs during the process, contact after-sales service to check the device's temperature sensor.
Display "E5" Communication error Restart the device after unplugging. If the same problem persists, contact after-sales service personnel. Check if the control board connector is properly connected.
Display "E6" Heat error Restart the device after unplugging. If the same problem occurs during this process, contact the after-sales service department and check if the heater is properly inserted.

Troubleshooting

Foamy wash in the tank Improper use of detergent 1. Use dedicated detergent for washing. 2. Open the machine and allow the foam to dissipate. 3. Add 1 L of water and run any program for about 1-2 minutes before stopping to drain the water. Repeat this process until the foam is completely removed.
Machine rattles or knocks Spray arm touches the device When placing items, ensure they are properly positioned and secured.
Light cutlery shakes slightly This is a normal phenomenon; check if there are any items that are not properly secured.

Cooking utensils with protein residue have deposits Denaturation of protein adhering to utensils. Hand washing of this type of tableware or manual cleaning after machine washing is recommended.
The inner wall is wet after washing Water droplets remain on the inner wall This is a normal phenomenon, not a machine malfunction. If the machine is not used for a long time, it is recommended to run the dry storage program.
The bottle assembly is not dry You selected the wrong program You can select another program.

Discoloration of plastic baby bottle accessories Excessive washing temperature Select a program with a lower temperature.
Detergent residue from washing Water flow is blocked, preventing detergent rinse. Properly place kitchenware to ensure it does not obstruct the rotation of the spray arms or block the detergent.

Appearance Fault Description Solutions
Utensils are not cleaned thoroughly. Utensils are not properly arranged. Refer to the "Instructions for Placing Kitchenware" section to ensure adequate spacing between utensils, allowing for effective water washing.
Spray arm does not rotate smoothly. Ensure no utensils are obstructing the spray arms.
Spray arm nozzles are blocked. Clean the spray arm.
Filter screen is dirty. Clean the filter screen.
Filter is installed incorrectly. Install the filter correctly.
Incorrect procedure selected. Refer to the "Basic Functions" section to select the appropriate program.
Lack of washing powder. Add the appropriate amount of washing powder according to the "Basic Functions" section.
Problem with water spots If tap water is relatively hard, water spots may appear on baby bottles after washing. This is harmless to health. Using purified water may resolve this phenomenon.

Machine does not start Water tank is not filled. Continue adding water until the no-water indicator turns off.
Lid is not closed. Check the device lid to see if it is in contact with any other objects. Remove any obstructions.
Cannot program the machine Program is running. Finish the current program or select a new program after the current one completes.

1. The maximum number of dishes to wash is 4 sets of baby bottles.
