Important Warnings

  1. Failure to observe instructions may cause irreparable damage, and the manufacturer is not responsible for the consequences.
  2. In cold winter temperatures, use the product at room temperature to avoid potential malfunctions or safety issues caused by condensation on the surface.
  3. Avoid exposing the product to high temperatures or direct sunlight, as this may cause aging or discoloration.
  4. Wash only the bottle and its accessories to avoid unexpected damage.
  5. Do not leave the power cord hanging over the edge of the table or workbench where the product is placed.
  6. Avoid placing the product on the edge of the table to prevent potential vibrations.
  7. If it is necessary to open the upper lid while the appliance is in operation, press "Pause" first.
  8. When the spray arm is in operation, opening the upper lid directly and quickly may cause hot water to splash out and cause damage.
  9. If abnormal phenomena occur during use (such as a burning smell), stop operation and unplug the device immediately.
  10. Ensure the product is unplugged after use.
  11. Certain conditions (e.g., higher altitude or lower ambient temperature) may affect the maximum operating temperature, potentially compromising the product's sterilization function.
  12. Before moving or storing the product, remove the power plug and wait for the product to cool down. Turn off the product and unplug the power before replacing accessories or touching moving parts during use.
  13. Do not use accessories or detergents from other manufacturers, as this may void the product warranty.
  14. Use pure water or water with low hardness; otherwise, scale buildup may compromise the washing quality of the bottle and its accessories, as well as the product's overall effectiveness and lifespan.
  15. The use of non-specific detergents is prohibited. Using detergents not specified for this product may cause malfunctions, damage, or safety issues.
  16. Powdered milk residue is easier to clean than substances like rice paste.
  17. Clean any powdered milk residue before inserting the bottle into the main appliance to avoid compromising washing quality.
  18. This product is for domestic use only.
  19. Keep the product out of reach of children. In case of accidental contact of detergent with skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water and seek immediate medical attention. Cut plastic bags that pose a suffocation hazard to children.
  20. Use is not recommended for individuals with poor physical health, sensory or mental disorders, or lack of experience and knowledge, to avoid unexpected damage.
  21. If the product is defective and the fault cannot be resolved according to the instructions, contact after-sales service and professional maintenance personnel of the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Do not disassemble or repair the product yourself. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a professional from the manufacturer, its maintenance department, or a similar department to avoid potential risks.
  22. Avoid using multi-sockets to prevent overheating of the plug contact part due to poor contact.
  23. Insert the plug into a grounded power outlet and ensure a secure connection.
  24. Before connecting the product to the power supply, verify that the product's voltage matches the power supply voltage.
  25. Do not insert or remove the power plug with wet hands.
  26. It is forbidden to move the appliance during operation. If it is not used for a prolonged period, the power must be deactivated.
  27. During or immediately after operation, do not touch the heating plate, the area around the vent, the inside of the rack, etc., to avoid injury.
  28. If it is necessary to interrupt the appliance's operation in an emergency, press and hold the power button, wait for the discharge to stop, and unplug the power cord.
  29. Add only normal temperature water to the tank. Adding hot water may damage the appliance.
  30. Do not add water directly to the washing chamber of the appliance, as it may cause abnormal consequences.
  31. There is an air vent at the bottom of the product; do not block it.
  32. Do not immerse the product in water when cleaning it.

Installation Instructions

  1. Installation: Remove the drain hose and insert the interface end into the outlet tube at the back of the cleaning system. Insert the power cord into the appliance's respective socket.
  2. Connection: Place the other end of the drain hose into a suitable drain container or sink.

Adding Water to the Tank

Method 1: Open the water tank lid and add an adequate amount of purified or distilled water to the tank.

Method 2: Remove the water tank directly and add an adequate amount of washing water, then reposition the water tank.

Note: When adding water, it is recommended to fill the tank to the intended level.

Bottle Placement Instructions

  1. Before proceeding with cleaning, empty all milk contained in the bottle and then insert it into the appliance for cleaning to ensure optimal washing results.
  2. Press the bottle holder and nipple holder latches as illustrated to remove them from the lower rack (if applicable).

  4. Refer to the standard arrangement diagram and place the bottle parts or dishware one by one.
    • A. Bottles: Invert the bottles and insert them into the cavity, aligning them with the fixed spray hole on the lower rack, so that the sprayed water column can thoroughly wash the surface with impurities.
    • B. Nipples: Nipples are placed on the four corner brackets of the lower rack.

Detergent Tablet Instructions

Using the Detergent Tablet: Insert 1 detergent tablet into the bottle compartment.

Precautions for Dishware Not Recommended for Cleaning

Item Type Reason for Precaution
Wooden items Wooden cutlery is generally sensitive to heat and water, which can lead to deterioration or deformation with constant washing in dishwashers or appliances like this.
Glued items Some adhesives may soften or dissolve when washed.
Warning: This appliance is not capable of cleaning sharp objects like knives.
Aluminum items The use of detergents may cause aluminum dishware to tarnish, depending on the product quality.
Other metal items Iron and cast iron can rust and contaminate other utensils. Copper, lead, tin, antimony, alloys, and brass are also susceptible to contamination.
Decorations While most modern porcelain is dishwasher-safe or safe for appliances like this, items with enamel patterns, gold trim, or antique hand-painted porcelain are not.
Glass items Everyday glass dishes are generally dishwasher-safe, but crystal and very fine antique glass may become etched and opaque.
Plastic items Different plastic utensils have varying heat resistance during washing and drying. Plastic items not resistant to high temperatures are not suitable for dishwasher washing.

Instructions for Use

  1. Arrange the items to be cleaned according to the usage instructions.
  2. Insert an official Momcozy detergent tablet directly into the washing chamber before starting the cycle. Use one tablet per wash for optimal cleaning performance.
  3. Add an adequate amount of water to the water tank, ensuring it is not below the minimum scale line.
  4. Turn on the appliance and press the "ON/OFF" button to start. Select a washing program based on your needs, then press the "START" button to begin. You can also press the "STORAGE" button to add or cancel fresh air storage for up to 72 hours, or adjust the steam by pressing "STEAM".
  5. After drying, wait 10 minutes before removing items due to high temperatures.

NOTE: The maximum temperature for preservation and sterilization varies depending on altitude.

*The appliance intelligently assesses the ambient temperature and extends the drying time by 0-30 minutes, based on the preset drying time, to ensure efficient drying.

Maintenance and Cleaning

1. External Cleaning

Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the appliance body, the transparent upper cover, the water tank, and its lid.

2. Cleaning the Rack and Spray Arm

  1. Remove the upper spray arm assembly vertically upwards.
  2. Open the lower rack latch using the necessary force (as indicated by the straight arrow) and lift the lower rack assembly with both hands during installation.
  3. Remove the lower spray arm.
  4. Remove the support by rotating it slightly to the right.

3. Rinsing

You can rinse the rack, lower spray arm, upper spray arm, residue container, and other parts.

4. Installation

Install the components in the reverse order of step 2.

Air Filter Replacement Instructions

  1. Place the appliance on its side and open the air filter cover.
  2. Remove the air filter element.
  3. Replace the air filter element with a new one.
  4. Close the air filter cover.

Troubleshooting

Error Codes

Problem Error Description Solutions
Flashing Lights / "No Water" Prompt Instructions for lack of water When this reminder appears, it is usually due to insufficient water in the water tank. After adding water, press the "Start" button again, and the system can continue to fill with water and operate normally.
Repeated Warnings If there is water in the tank, but repeated no-water warnings are received and the system does not function correctly, possible causes may include a damaged diaphragm pump or a damaged flow meter. Contact after-sales personnel for the aforementioned checks.
Shows "E4" Temperature Sensor Error Restart the appliance after unplugging the power. If the same phenomenon occurs again during the process, contact after-sales personnel to check the appliance's temperature sensor.
Shows "E5" Communication Failure Restart the appliance after unplugging the power. If the same problem persists during the process, contact after-sales personnel. Check that the control board connector is inserted correctly.
Shows "E6" Heating Error Restart the appliance after unplugging the power. If the same problem persists during the process, contact after-sales personnel and check if the heating element is inserted correctly.

Fault Finding

Problem Fault Description Solutions
Foam in the washing tank Incorrect use of detergent 1. Use a specific detergent for washing. 2. Open the appliance and allow the foam to dissipate. 3. Add 1 liter of water and run any program for about 1-2 minutes before stopping to drain the water. Repeat until the foam is completely removed.
Appliance emits knocking or vibrating noises Spray arm touches the appliance When placing items, ensure they are positioned and secured correctly.
Lighter items move slightly Normal phenomenon; check if there are important items not secured correctly.
Utensils for cooking or steaming egg custard have residue Denaturation of proteins adhering to utensils. It is recommended to hand wash this type of dishware or manually supplement the cleaning after washing in the appliance.
The inner wall is damp after the procedure After the procedure, water droplets remain on the inner wall. This is a normal phenomenon, not an appliance malfunction. If the appliance is not used for a long period, it is recommended to run the drying program for storage.
Bottle set is not dry The wrong program was selected. You can choose another program.
Discoloration of plastic bottle accessories Washing temperature is too high. Choose a program with a lower temperature.
Detergent residue Water flow is blocked and prevents detergent rinsing. Position utensils correctly to prevent them from obstructing the rotation of the spray arms or blocking the detergent.
Powder detergent residue Expired powder detergent. Change the powder detergent.
Utensils are not cleaned thoroughly. Utensils are not arranged correctly. Consult "Utensil Placement" to ensure adequate spacing between utensils for effective water washing.
The spray arm does not rotate correctly. Ensure no fallen utensils obstruct the spray arms.
Spray arm nozzles are blocked. Clean the spray arm.
The mesh filter is dirty. Clean the mesh filter.
The filter is not installed correctly. Install the filter correctly.
Choice of inadequate procedures Consult "Common Functions" to select the appropriate program.
Lack of powder detergent Add the correct amount of powder detergent as indicated in "Common Functions".
Water spot problem If tap water is relatively hard, bottles may show water spots after washing. This is a harmless phenomenon for health. If purified water is used, this phenomenon is likely to disappear.
The appliance does not start The water tank is not full. Continue adding water until the no-water indicator turns off.
The lid is not closed in position. Check that the appliance lid is not in contact with other objects. Remove any obstacles.
Cannot program the appliance The program is running. Finish the current program or select a new program after the current one completes.

WARNING

Knives and other sharp-pointed utensils should be loaded into the basket with the points facing downwards or positioned horizontally.
