Disassemble all parts that come into contact with breast milk (flange, linker, diaphragm, valve, milk collector). Wash them in warm soapy water and sterilize using boiling water or steam (below 100°C). Never wash the pump motor unit; wipe it with a soft cloth instead.
No, for safety reasons, the breast pump cannot be used while it is plugged in and charging. Ensure the device is charged before starting a session.
Make sure the warmer is charged or plugged in (depending on the model). Fill the chamber with water if required, place the bottle inside, power on the device, and select the 'Milk' or 'Water' mode along with your desired temperature. The device will beep when the target temperature is reached.
When fully charged, the Momcozy S12 Pro can typically be used for 7-8 pumping sessions (approximately 240 minutes total). Charging takes about 130 minutes to complete.
Check that the silicone diaphragm and valve are installed correctly and are not damaged. Ensure the flange is sealed tightly against your breast without gaps, and that the milk collector is assembled securely to the motor.
