Important Safety Precautions

When using electrical appliances, always follow basic safety precautions, including the following:

  1. Failure to follow instructions may lead to irreparable damage, for which the manufacturer is not liable.
  2. Use the product at room temperature in cold winter weather to avoid potential product failures or safety issues due to condensation on the surface.
  3. Avoid exposing the product to high temperatures or direct sunlight, as this can cause aging or discoloration.
  4. Clean only the bottle and its accessories to avoid unexpected damage.
  5. Do not hang the power cord over the edge of the table or workbench where the device is placed.
  6. Avoid placing the product on the edge of the table, as vibrations may occur.
  7. If you need to open the top cover while the device is operating, press "Pause" first.
  8. When the spray arm is operating, opening the top cover directly and quickly can cause hot water to splash out and cause damage.
  9. If unusual phenomena (e.g., burning smell) occur during use, stop operation and immediately unplug the power cord.
  10. Ensure you disconnect the device from the power supply after use.
  11. Certain conditions (e.g., higher altitude or lower ambient temperature) can affect the maximum operating temperature, which may affect the product's sterilization function.
  12. Before moving or storing the device, unplug it and wait for it to cool down. Turn off the device and disconnect it from the power supply before replacing accessories or touching moving parts during use.
  13. Do not use accessories or cleaning agents from other manufacturers, as this will void the warranty for this product.
  14. Use pure water or water with low hardness; otherwise, limescale deposits may affect the cleaning quality of the bottle and accessories, as well as the overall effectiveness and lifespan of the product.
  15. The use of non-specific cleaning agents is prohibited. The use of cleaning agents not specified for this product may lead to malfunctions, damage, or safety problems.
  16. Milk powder residue is easier to clean than substances like rice paste.
  17. Clean residual milk powder before placing it in the main machine to avoid affecting cleaning quality.
  18. This product is intended for household use only.
  19. Keep children away from this product. If cleaning agent accidentally comes into contact with skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water and seek medical attention immediately. Cut open plastic bags to prevent children from suffocating.
  20. It is not recommended for individuals who are not in good physical condition, have sensory or mental disorders, or lack relevant experience and knowledge, to avoid unexpected losses.
  21. If the product is defective and the fault cannot be resolved according to the instructions, contact the manufacturer's customer service and professional maintenance personnel to solve the problem. It is forbidden to disassemble and repair the product yourself. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a professional from the manufacturer, its maintenance department, or a similar department to avoid potential hazards.
  22. Avoid using power strips to prevent overheating of the plug's contact part due to poor contact.
  23. Plug into a grounded outlet and ensure a secure connection.
  24. Before connecting the device to the power supply, check if the device's voltage matches the power supply's voltage.
  25. Do not plug or unplug the power plug with wet hands.
  26. It is forbidden to move the machine during operation. If the device is not used for a long time, it should be turned off.
  27. Do not touch the heating plate, the area around the ventilation opening, the inside of the rack, etc., during or shortly after operation to avoid injury.
  28. If the device needs to stop operating in an emergency, press and hold the power button, wait for the drainage to stop, and then unplug the power plug.
  29. Fill the tank only with normal temperature water. Adding hot water may cause damage to the device.
  30. Do not pour water directly into the machine's washing room, as this may lead to abnormal consequences.
  31. There is an air inlet at the bottom of the device. Please do not block it.
  32. Do not immerse the product in water during cleaning.

Control Panel Description

The control panel features the following:

  • 1. Power Button: Turns the device on/off.
  • 2. Start/Pause: Starts or pauses the current operation.
  • 3. No Water Indicator: Lights up when the water level is low.
  • 4. Drying: Indicates the drying function is active.
  • 5. Rapid Clean Button: Initiates a quick cleaning cycle.
  • 6. Normal Clean Button: Initiates a standard cleaning cycle.
  • 7. Steam: Activates the steam sterilization function.
  • 8. Fresh Air: Activates the fresh air circulation/storage function.
  • 9. Storage: Refers to the fresh air storage function.
  • 10. Steam: Another indicator for the steam function.

Installation Instructions

  1. Installation: Remove the drain hose and insert the interface end into the drain hose on the back of the unit. Plug the power cable into the device's power connector.
  2. Connection: Place the other end of the drain hose into a suitable drain container or sink.

Instructions for Placing Bottles

  1. Before cleaning, pour out all milk and place the bottle in the machine for cleaning to ensure optimal cleaning results.
  2. Press the clips of the bottle holder and nipple holder as shown to remove them from the lower rack (if applicable).
  3. Arrange the parts of the baby bottle or tableware one by one according to the standard placement plan.
    • A. Rotate the opening of the baby bottle, insert it into the cavity, and align it with the fixed spray nozzle of the lower rack so that the spray water column can fully clean the surface.
    • B. Nipples: Nipples are placed on the four corner supports of the lower rack.
  4. C. Place the bottle cap and screw cap on the rack.

Instructions for Placing Milk Pump

Arrange milk pump parts such as the silicone rubber membrane, pump valve, milk pump housing, flange, and baby bottle as shown in the diagram.

Instructions for Placing Portable Milk Pump

Place parts like the suction piece and milk pump lid. Holders can be removed if necessary.

Instructions for Attaching Children's Utensils

Place utensils such as dishes, dish covers, chopsticks, and spoons. The diagram shows the placement of the gravity ball.

Instructions for Detergent Tablets

Using the detergent tablet: Place 1 detergent tablet in the bottle compartment.

On the upper rack, teacups, rubber items, toys (silicone, plastic), and other items can be cleaned.

Precautions for Non-Recommended Utensil Cleaning

Utensil Type Precautions
Woodware Woodware is generally sensitive to heat and water, which can lead to damage or deformation when constantly washed in the dishwasher.
Adhesives Some adhesives may soften or dissolve during machine cleaning.
Warning This device cannot clean sharp objects such as knives.
Aluminumware The use of cleaning agents may cause aluminumware to tarnish depending on the product quality.
Other Metalware Iron and cast iron can rust and contaminate other utensils. Copper, lead, tin, antimony, alloys, and brass are also susceptible to contamination.
Decoration While most modern porcelain is dishwasher-safe, items with glaze patterns, gilded lines, or hand-painted antique porcelain are not.
Glassware Everyday glassware is generally dishwasher-safe, but crystal glass and very fine antique glassware may become etched and opaque.
Plasticware Various plastic utensils have different heat resistance during cleaning and drying. Plastic utensils that are not heat-resistant are not suitable for machine cleaning.

Operating Instructions

  1. Arrange the items to be cleaned according to the operating instructions.
  2. Place an official Momcozy washing tablet directly into the washing chamber before starting the wash cycle. Use one tablet per wash cycle for optimal cleaning performance.
  3. Fill the water tank with an appropriate amount of water, ensuring not to go below the minimum scale.
  4. Turn on the device and press the "ON/OFF" button to start. Select a cleaning program as needed and press the "START" button to begin. You can also press "STORAGE" to add or end fresh air storage for up to 72 hours, or set the steam by pressing "STEAM".
  5. After drying due to high temperatures, wait 10 minutes before removing the items.

Notes:

  • To stop the cleaning process, press and hold the "POWER" button for 3 seconds. The cleaning process will end after automatic draining.
  • To pause the process and add items, press "START" and then open the top cover.
  • Lay the drain hose horizontally downwards, ensuring it does not exceed half the height of the machine.
  • Avoid using cleaning agents to prevent excessive foam, which can lead to water leakage or malfunctions. Use a special cleaning agent powder.
  • Do not pour water directly into the machine's washing chamber.
  • During cleaning or drying, the drain hose and the vent on the top cover may become very hot. Avoid touching them.

NOTE: The maximum temperature for storing sterilized items varies by altitude. *The device intelligently estimates the ambient temperature and extends the drying time by 0-30 minutes, based on the standard drying time, to ensure efficient drying.

SERVICE INFORMATION

Maintenance and Cleaning

  1. Machine Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the housing, the transparent top cover, the water tank, and the water tank cover.
  2. Cleaning the Rack and Spray Arm:
    • ① Remove the upper nozzle assembly vertically upwards.
    • ② Open the lower rack latch with appropriate force (as indicated by the straight arrow), and lift the lower rack with both hands during installation.
    • ③ Remove the lower spray arm.
    • ④ Remove the residue holder by rotating it slightly to the right.

You can rinse the rack, lower spray arm, upper spray arm, residue tray, and other parts.

Assembly: Reassemble the components in the reverse order as in step 2.

Instructions for Replacing the Air Filter

  1. Lay the device on its side and open the air filter cover.
  2. Remove the air filter insert.
  3. Replace the air filter insert with a new one.
  4. Lock the air filter cover.

Error Code

Appearance Error Description Solutions
" " lights blinking Water Shortage Instructions If this notice appears, it is usually because there is not enough water in the water tank. After filling with water, press the "Start" button again, and the system can continue to fill water and operate normally.
"E4" is displayed Repeated Warnings If there is water in the water tank, but you receive multiple water shortage warnings and the system stops working, it may be due to a damaged diaphragm pump or a damaged flow meter. Please contact customer service personnel to perform the above checks.
"E5" is displayed Communication Failure Restart the device after disconnecting it from the power supply. If the problem persists during operation, contact customer service personnel. Check if the control board connector is properly plugged in.
"E6" is displayed Heating Error Restart the device after disconnecting it from the power supply. If the same problem occurs during the process, contact customer service and check if the heating element is properly installed.

Troubleshooting

Foam in the wash tank Incorrect use of cleaning agents 1. Use a special cleaning agent for washing. 2. Open the device and let the foam drain. 3. Fill with 1L of water and run any program for about 1-2 minutes before draining the water. Repeat this process until the foam is completely removed.
The machine makes a noise or rattles The spray arm touches the device / Light cutlery rattles easily When placing items, ensure they are positioned and secured correctly. Normal phenomenon: check if important items are not secured properly.
Utensils for steaming egg white have residue Denaturation of proteins adhering to utensils. It is recommended to hand wash this type of tableware or supplement the machine washing manually.
The inner wall is damp after the process Water droplets remain on the inner wall after the process. This is a normal phenomenon, not a machine malfunction. If the machine is not used for a long time, it is recommended to start the dry storage program.
The bottle group is not dry Incorrect program selected / Program not finished You can choose another program. / Wait for the program to finish.
Discoloration of plastic baby bottle accessories Excessively high cleaning temperature. Select a program with a lower temperature.
Detergent residue Water flow is blocked, so the detergent cannot be rinsed away. / Detergent powder degradation. Ensure utensils are placed correctly so they do not obstruct the rotation of the spray arms or block the detergent. / Replace the detergent.

WARNING: Knives and other utensils with sharp points must be loaded into the basket with the points facing down or placed in a horizontal position.

Disposal: Do not dispose of this product in normal household waste at the end of its life cycle. Instead, take it to a collection point for the recycling of electronic equipment and batteries. Waste electrical and electronic equipment can have potentially harmful effects on the environment. Improper disposal can lead to the accumulation of pollutants in the air, water, and soil, which is harmful to human health. Contact your local authorities for information on disposal.

1. The maximum number of place settings that can be washed is 4 sets of baby bottles.

2. Kitchens for staff in shops, offices, and other work environments:

3. Openings must not be blocked by a carpet.

4. This device can be used by children aged 8 and above and by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, provided they have been supervised or have received instructions on the safe use of the device and understand the associated hazards. Children must not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance of the device must not be carried out by children without supervision.
