Important Safety Measures

When using electrical appliances, always follow basic safety measures, including the following:

  1. Non-compliance with instructions may lead to irreparable damage, and the manufacturer is not responsible for the consequences.
  2. In cold weather, use the product at ambient temperature to avoid potential product failure or safety issues due to condensation on the surface.
  3. Avoid exposing the product to high temperatures or direct sunlight, as this may cause aging or discoloration.
  4. Wash only the bottle and its accessories to avoid unexpected damage.
  5. Do not hang the power cord over the edge of the table or countertop where the product is placed.
  6. Avoid placing the product on the edge of the table to prevent potential vibration.
  7. If you need to open the upper lid while the appliance is operating, press "Pause" first.
  8. When the spray arm is in operation, quickly opening the upper lid may cause hot water to spray out and cause damage.
  9. If abnormal phenomena (such as a burning smell) occur during use, stop operation and unplug the appliance immediately.
  10. Be sure to unplug the product after use.
  11. Certain conditions (e.g., higher altitude or lower ambient temperature) may affect the maximum operating temperature, which could potentially impact the product's sterilization function.
  12. Before moving or storing the appliance, unplug it and wait for it to cool down. Turn off the appliance and unplug the power supply before replacing accessories or touching moving parts during use.
  13. Do not use accessories or detergents from other manufacturers, as this may void the warranty of this product.
  14. Use pure water or soft water; otherwise, limescale may affect the washing quality of the bottle and its accessories, as well as the overall efficiency and lifespan of the product.
  15. The use of non-specific detergents is prohibited. Using non-specific detergents for this product may lead to malfunctions, damage, or safety issues.
  16. Powdered milk residue is easier to clean than substances like rice paste.
  17. Clean off any milk residue before placing items in the main appliance to avoid affecting washing quality.
  18. This product is intended for domestic use only.
  19. Keep children away from this product. In case of accidental contact of detergent with skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water and seek immediate medical attention. Cut up plastic bags to prevent children from suffocating.
  20. Use of this product is not recommended for individuals who are not in good physical health, have sensory or mental disorders, or lack experience and knowledge, to avoid unexpected losses.
  21. If the product is defective and the problem cannot be resolved according to the instructions, contact the manufacturer's after-sales service and professional maintenance personnel to resolve the issue. It is forbidden to disassemble and repair the product yourself. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a professional from the manufacturer, its maintenance service, or a similar service to avoid any potential risk.
  22. Do not use multi-sockets to avoid overheating of the plug's contact part due to poor contact.
  23. Insert into a grounded power outlet and ensure the connection is secure.
  24. Before connecting the product to the power supply, verify that the product's voltage matches the power supply.
  25. Do not plug or unplug the power plug with wet hands.
  26. It is prohibited to move the appliance during operation. If the appliance is not used for a prolonged period, it must be turned off.
  27. During or shortly after operation, do not touch the heating plate, the area around the vent, the inside of the tub, etc., to avoid injury.
  28. If the appliance needs to be stopped in an emergency, press and hold the power button, wait for the flow to stop, then unplug the appliance.
  29. Only add normal temperature water to the reservoir. Adding hot water may damage the appliance.
  30. Do not add water directly into the washing cavity of the appliance, as this may lead to abnormal consequences.
  31. There is an air inlet at the bottom of the appliance; do not block it.
  32. Do not immerse the appliance in water during cleaning.

Control Panel Description

Installation Instructions

  1. Installation: Remove the drain hose and insert the interface end into the outlet hose at the rear of the cleaner. Insert the power cord into the appliance's power cord port.
  2. Connection: Place the other end of the drain hose into a suitable drain container or sink.

Adding Water to the Reservoir

Note: When adding water, it is recommended to fill the reservoir to the indicated water level.

Instructions for Bottle Placement

  1. Before cleaning, empty all milk from the bottle, then place the bottle in the appliance for optimal cleaning results.
  2. Press the bottle holder and nipple holder latches, as illustrated, to remove them from the lower basket (if applicable).
  3. Refer to the standard layout diagram and place the bottle or tableware items one by one.
    • A. Invert the bottle neck and insert it into the cavity, aligning it with the fixed spray hole of the lower basket, so that the sprayed water column can thoroughly wash the dirty surfaces.
    • B. Nipple: Nipples are placed on the four corner supports of the lower basket.
  4. Place the bottle cap and screw ring into the basket.

Instructions for Breast Pump Placement

Place breast pump components like silicone diaphragm, pumping valve, breast pump body, flange, milk bottle, suction nozzle, and breast pump cap into the basket.

For portable breast pump placement, supports can be removed if needed.

Place milk collectors and other breast pump accessories.

Instructions for Baby Item Placement

The upper basket shown in the photo can be used to clean teacups, rubber objects, toys (silicone, plastic), and other items.

Instructions for Washing Detergent Tablet

Using the detergent tablet: Place 1 detergent tablet in the bottle compartment.

Precautions for Cleaning Non-Recommended Utensils

Item Type Precautions
Wooden items Wooden cutlery is generally sensitive to heat and water, which can lead to deterioration or deformation with constant dishwasher washing.
Glued items Some adhesives may soften or dissolve during appliance washing.
Sharp Objects This appliance cannot clean sharp objects like knives.
Aluminum items Detergent use may cause aluminum tableware to tarnish, depending on product quality.
Other metal items Iron and cast iron can rust and contaminate other utensils. Copper, lead, tin, antimony, alloys, and brass are also susceptible to contamination.
Decoration While most modern porcelain can be washed in a dishwasher, this is not the case for items with patterned enamel, gold trim, or hand-painted antique porcelain.
Glass items Everyday glassware is generally dishwasher safe, but crystal and very fine antique glassware may become frosted and opaque.
Plastic items Different plastic utensils have varying resistance to heat during washing and drying. Plastic utensils that cannot withstand high temperatures are not suitable for machine washing.

Usage Instructions

  1. Arrange the items to be cleaned according to the usage instructions.
  2. Add an official Momcozy washing tablet directly into the washing compartment before starting the cycle. Use one tablet per wash for optimal cleaning performance.
  3. Add an appropriate amount of water to the water reservoir, ensuring it is not below the minimum graduation.
  4. Turn on the appliance and press the "ON/OFF" button to start. Select a washing program based on your needs, then press the "START" button to begin. You can also press "STORAGE" to add or cancel fresh air storage for up to 72 hours, or set the steam by pressing "STEAM".
  5. After drying, wait 10 minutes before removing items due to high temperature.

NOTE: Maximum sterilization storage temperature varies with altitude. *The appliance intelligently evaluates ambient temperature and extends drying time by 0 to 30 minutes, based on default drying time, to ensure effective drying.

Service Information

Maintenance and Cleaning

  1. Exterior Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the housing, transparent upper lid, water tank, and water tank lid.
  2. Cleaning Baskets and Spray Arms:
    • ① Remove the upper spray arm assembly vertically upwards.
    • ② Open the lower basket latch with appropriate force (as indicated by the right arrow ➡️), and use both hands to lift the lower basket assembly during installation.
    • ③ Remove the lower spray arm.
    • ④ Remove the residue holder by turning it slightly to the right.
  3. Rinsing: You can rinse the basket, lower spray arm, upper spray arm, residue cup, and other parts.
  4. Installation: Install the components in the reverse order of step 2.

Instructions for Air Filter Replacement

  1. Lay the appliance on its side and open the air filter cover.
  2. Remove the air filter element.
  3. Replace the air filter element with a new one.
  4. Lock the air filter cover.

Troubleshooting

Error Codes

Condition Description of Error Solutions
"<<" flashing Indication of no water When this reminder appears, it is generally due to a lack of water in the water reservoir. After adding water, press the "Start" button again, and the system can continue to fill with water and operate normally.
Repeated warnings If there is water in the water reservoir but you receive multiple no-water warnings and the system malfunctions, possible causes may include a damaged diaphragm pump or a damaged flow meter. Please contact after-sales service personnel to perform the checks mentioned above.
Indicates "E4" Temperature sensor error Restart the appliance after unplugging it. If the same phenomenon occurs during the process, contact after-sales service personnel to check the appliance's temperature sensor.
Indicates "E5" Communication failure Restart the appliance after unplugging it. If the same problem occurs during the process, contact after-sales service personnel. Check if the control panel connection is properly plugged in.
Indicates "E6" Overheating error Restart the appliance after unplugging it. If the same problem occurs during the process, contact after-sales service personnel and check if the heating element is correctly inserted.

General Troubleshooting

Excessive foam in the washing tub Incorrect detergent use 1. Use a specific detergent for washing. 2. Open the appliance and let the foam dissipate. 3. Add 1 liter of water and run any program for about 1 to 2 minutes before stopping it to drain the water. Repeat this process until the foam is completely eliminated.
Appliance jams or makes clicking noise Spray arm touches appliance When placing items, ensure they are correctly positioned and secured.
Lighter cutlery rattles Normal phenomenon; check if important items are not properly secured.
Residue on items for steaming cream/eggs Denatured protein adhering to utensils. It is recommended to hand wash this type of tableware or complete manual cleaning after machine washing.
Inner wall is humid after procedure After the procedure, water droplets remain on the inner wall. This is a normal phenomenon and not an appliance failure. If the appliance is not used for a long period, it is recommended to run the dry storage program.
Bottles not dry Incorrect program selection You can choose another program.
Program not finished Wait for the program to finish.
Discoloration of plastic bottle accessories High washing temperature Choose a program with a lower temperature.
Washing powder residue Water flow is blocked, preventing detergent rinse. Position items correctly so they do not obstruct the spray arms or block the detergent.
Expired washing powder Change the washing powder.
Items not thoroughly cleaned Items not properly placed. Refer to the "Item Placement" section to ensure correct spacing between utensils and allow water to wash them effectively.
Spray arm not rotating regularly. Ensure no items have fallen and are obstructing the spray arms.
Spray arm nozzles blocked. Clean the spray arm.
Filter meshes clogged. Clean the filter meshes.
Filter installed incorrectly. Install the filter correctly.
Inappropriate program selection. Refer to the "Common Functions" section to select the appropriate program.
Lack of washing powder. Add the appropriate amount of washing powder as per the "Common Functions" section.
Water spots problem If tap water is hard, water spots may appear on bottles after washing. This is safe. Purified water may prevent this.

General Operation Issues

Appliance Issue Cause Solution
Appliance does not start Water reservoir not filled. Continue adding water until the no-water indicator turns off.
Lid not closed properly. Check if the appliance lid is in contact with other items. Remove obstacles.
Appliance cannot be programmed Program running. Finish the current program or choose a new one after the current one is complete.

WARNING

Knives and other sharp utensils should be loaded into the basket with points facing down or placed horizontally.

Waste Disposal

At the end of the product's life cycle, do not dispose of it with household waste. Take it to a collection point for recycling of electronic equipment and batteries. Improper disposal can harm the environment. It is your responsibility to dispose of the device correctly. Consult your municipality for information on waste disposal.
