General Assembly Notes
Quickfit Mechanism
When using the Quickfit mechanism, tighten it until the shoulder is flush with the panel. Avoid overtightening or undertightening.
Cam Lock Mechanism
Before inserting the connecting quickfit, ensure the cam lock is in the correct starting position.
Panel Joining
When joining two panels, the head of the quickfit should be centered within the cam lock. The cam lock must be inserted before the quickfit.
Tightening Cam Locks
To tighten a cam lock, turn it clockwise.
Hinge Adjustment
Adjustments to the hinges may be necessary to ensure doors are properly aligned. Follow the instructions below:
Vertical Door Adjustment
To adjust the door vertically, loosen the screw as shown ? and move the door up or down as needed.
Door Gap Adjustment
To adjust the gap between the door and the main frame, turn the screw clockwise or anti-clockwise as required.
Lateral Door Adjustment
To adjust the door laterally, turn the screw as shown ? clockwise or anti-clockwise.
Final Fastening
Ensure all other screws are securely fastened.

Assembly Steps
Step 01
Attach panels 3, 4, and 6 to the base panel 1 using hardware A, B, J, and F. Panel 1 is the base. Panels 3 and 4 are attached to the base with screws A and J. Panel 6 pieces are also attached.
Step 02
Attach panels 2 and 5 to the structure from Step 01 using hardware A. This forms the main sides and back supports of the cabinet.
Step 03
Attach panels 8 and 9 to the structure using hardware A. These panels likely serve as internal dividers or back panels, completing the main cabinet box.
Step 04
Install internal components or supports using hardware D, G, and H. This step involves securing internal elements, possibly using dowels (G) and screws (D) tightened with the Allen key (H).
Step 05
Attach hinges (E) and other hardware (C) to the cabinet doors (parts 7) and the main frame. This prepares the doors for mounting.
Step 06
Mount the doors (parts 6 and 7) to the cabinet structure using hardware A and K. This step attaches the doors to the main body.
Step 07
Finalize connections and reinforce the structure, potentially using hardware I. The cabinet with doors attached is shown.
