Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble the cabinet:
- Step 1-2: Attach drawer slide components (CL, J1, A1, C, CR) to side panels (1, 2). Ensure correct orientation. Use screws (C, A1) and cam locks (CL).
- Step 3: Attach bracket (M) to part 5 using screw (C).
- Step 4: Connect side panel (1) to bottom panel (4) using dowels (B) and screws (A2).
- Step 5: Insert back panel (15) into the main frame structure.
- Step 6: Attach top panel (3) to the main frame using screws (A1).
- Step 7: Attach side panel (2) to the main frame using plastic caps (P), dowels (B), and screws (A2).
- Step 8: Attach castors (G, H) to the bottom panel (3) using screws (C).
- Step 9-11: Assemble the drawer box: connect drawer side panels (8, 9) and back panel (12) to drawer bottom panel (10) using screws (E, F, C, A1).
- Step 12: Attach drawer slide components (P, A2) to the assembled drawer sides.
- Step 13-14: Attach drawer slide rails (DR, DL, C) to the main unit and the drawer. Attach part 7 (drawer front) to part 6 (drawer side) using F, C, A1.
- Step 15-16: Connect drawer assembly panels (10, 11) to part 13 using screws (J2, C, A1).
- Step 17-18: Integrate the drawer assembly (13, 10, 11) into the main cabinet structure (1, 14) using screws (A2).
- Step 19-20: Attach the drawer front panel (7) to the drawer assembly using screws (D, A2, P, L, C, I). Install lock mechanism (I) and key (L).
- Step 21: Insert metal rod (O) into the designated slots.
- Step 22: Slide the assembled drawer (6) into the main cabinet.
- Step 23: Slide the second drawer assembly (13) into the main cabinet.
- Step 24: Secure the back panel (15) to the cabinet using corner braces (N) and screws (C).
- Step 25: Note: If changing the position of the metal rod, completely remove the drawer first.
