Assembly Tips
Quickfit Assembly
Tighten quickfit until shoulder is flush with panel. Do not overtighten or undertighten.
Cam Lock Assembly
When fitting cam lock, ensure starting position is correct before you insert connecting quickfit.
The Quickfit head should be in the centre of the cam lock when the two panels are joined. The cam lock should be inserted before the quickfit.
Turn cam lock clockwise to tighten. ⚙️
Hinge Adjustment
It may be necessary to adjust the hinges so that the doors align. Use the instructions below as a guide.
Vertical Adjustment
To adjust the door vertically, loosen the screw as shown and move up and down as needed. ⬆️⬇️
Gap Adjustment (Frame)
To adjust the gap from the door to the main frame, turn the screw clockwise or anti-clockwise as needed. ?
Lateral Adjustment
To adjust the door laterally, adjust the screw as shown by turning clockwise or anti-clockwise. ↔️
Please fix other screws. ?

Assembly Steps

Step 01
Attach 6x Screw (A) to Part 5 (Bottom Panel).

Step 02
Attach Parts 2 (Left Side Panel), 3 (Right Side Panel), and 4 (Middle Shelf) to Part 5 (Bottom Panel) using 6x Screw (B) and 8x Screw (C).

Step 03
Attach Part 6 (Back Support Rail) to the top of Parts 2, 3, and 4 using 3x Screw (A).
Diagram Description: Back support rail (6) is attached to the top edges of the side panels (2, 3) and middle shelf (4) using screws (A).

Step 04
Attach Part 6 (Back Support Rail) to Parts 2, 3, and 5 using 3x Screw (B).

Step 05
Assemble the main structure using 16x Cam Lock (F) and 16x Cam Dowel (G). Ensure F1 and F2 are used correctly.

Step 06
Insert Part 9 (Back Panel - Left) and Part 10 (Back Panel - Right) into the designated slots.

Step 07
Attach 6x Screw (A) to Part 1 (Top Panel).

Step 08
Attach Part 1 (Top Panel) to the assembled structure using 6x Screw (B) and 8x Screw (C).
Diagram Description: Top panel (1) is placed on top of the assembled unit and secured with screws (B) and (C).

Step 09
Attach 4x Handle (H) to Part 8 (Right Door).
Diagram Description: Handles (H) are attached to the front of the right door (8).
Note: The handles have 3 optional adjustment positions. ?️

Step 10
Attach 2x Hinges (D) and 4x Screw (E) to Part 7 (Left Door).
Diagram Description: Hinges (D) are attached to the left door (7) using screws (E).

Step 11
Attach the assembled Left Door (Part 7) to the unit using the hinges. Attach the Right Door (Part 8) to the unit. Insert 15x Dowels (I) into any remaining holes.
Diagram Description: Doors (7 and 8) are mounted onto the unit. Dowels (I) are inserted into visible holes. The assembly is marked as "Done".
