Quickfit Mechanism: Tighten quickfit until shoulder is flush with panel. Do not overtighten or undertighten.

Cam Lock Mechanism: When fitting cam lock, ensure starting position is correct before you insert connecting quickfit. The Quickfit head should be in the centre of the cam lock when the two panels are joined. The cam lock should be inserted before the quickfit. Turn cam lock clockwise to tighten.

Assembly Steps

Step 01

Attach five F1 screws (F1x5pcs) to part 6. Insert the screws into the pre-drilled holes on the surface of part 6.

Step 02

Assemble the base structure. Connect part 3 to part 6 using two F2 screws (F2x5pcs) and two C screws (Cx8pcs). Attach two part 8 pieces and two part 9 pieces to the sides of part 6 using C screws (Cx8pcs). Attach part 10 to the front of part 6 using C screws (Cx8pcs).

Step 03

Attach side panels. Insert two part 13 panels into the slots on the base structure. Secure them using five F1 screws (F1x5pcs) each, through the pre-drilled holes in part 6 and part 3.

Step 04

Prepare part 7. Attach five F1 screws (F1x5pcs) to part 7.

Step 05

Attach part 7. Connect part 7 to the assembled structure using five F2 screws (F2x5pcs) and eight C screws (Cx8pcs).

Step 06

Prepare part 4. Attach two F1 screws (F1x2pcs) to part 4.

Step 07

Attach part 4. Connect part 4 to the structure using two F2 screws (F2x5pcs) and eight C screws (Cx8pcs).

Step 08

Attach part 13. Attach one part 13 to the structure using two F2 screws (F2x2pcs) and four C screws (Cx4pcs).

Step 09

Prepare part 5. Attach two F1 screws (F1x2pcs) to part 5.

Step 10

Attach part 5. Connect part 5 to the structure using two F2 screws (F2x2pcs) and four C screws (Cx4pcs).

Step 11

Attach part 13 to parts 4 and 5. Insert one part 13 into the structure. Secure it to parts 4 and 5 using one H1 cam lock housing (H1x1pc), two G2 cam lock screws (G2x2pcs), and four F1 screws (F1x4pcs).

Step 12

Prepare part 2. Attach one H1 cam lock housing (H1x1pc), two G2 cam lock screws (G2x2pcs), and four F1 screws (F1x4pcs) to part 2.

Step 13

Assemble parts 2, 4, and 5. Connect parts 4 and 5 to part 2 using four B screws (Bx4pcs).

Step 14

Prepare part 1. Attach one H1 cam lock housing (H1x1pc), two G2 cam lock screws (G2x2pcs), and one K2 screw (K2x2pcs) to part 1.

Step 15

Assemble parts 1, 4, and 5. Connect part 4 and part 1 to part 5 using four B screws (Bx4pcs).

Step 16

Attach parts 7 and 6. Connect part 7 and part 6 to the main structure using four F2 screws (F2x4pcs) and two C screws (Cx2pcs).

Step 17

Attach main panels. Connect parts 4, 5, 6, and 7 to the side panels (part 13) using sixteen E screws (Ex16pcs).

Step 18

Install shelves. Insert four part 11 shelves into the designated slots within the cabinet structure. Secure each shelf using the provided hardware (11x4pcs).

Step 19

Attach doors. Mount the two part 12 doors to the cabinet frame using two I1 screws (I1x2pcs) and four I2 screws (I2x4pcs). Also use two I2 screws (I2x2pcs) for attachment.

Step 20

Secure doors. Attach the doors (part 12) using four L screws (Lx4pcs).

Step 21

Door alignment check. Ensure the doors are properly aligned and can open and close smoothly. The diagram shows a close-up of the hinge mechanism and door attachment points.

Step 22

Attach handles. Mount the handles (part H2x2pcs) to the doors (part 12) using four D screws (Dx4pcs).

Step 23

Final hardware check. Ensure all G1 (G1x16pcs) and G2 (G2x16pcs) hardware components are correctly installed.

Step 24

Wall mounting preparation. Attach brackets (J1x2PCS, J2x2PCS) to the top of the cabinet using K1x2PCS, K3x2PCS, and Dx2PCS screws. The diagram shows attachment to the wall using J1x1, K1x1, K3x1, Dx1 screws, indicating wall plugs may be needed depending on wall type.

Step 25

Secure cabinet to wall. Use the provided brackets and screws to attach the cabinet to the wall. Ensure the cabinet is stable and securely fastened. The diagram illustrates mounting to a 'stud' and 'special wall' using various screws (J1x1, K2x1, J2x1, K3x1, Dx1).
