Assembly Steps

Step 1: Attach Mounting Brackets

Begin by attaching the provided mounting brackets to the top edge of your cabinet unit. Use three screws (3x) for each bracket, ensuring they are securely fastened as shown in the diagram.

Step 2: Prepare for Installation

Ensure the cabinet unit is stable and correctly positioned. Prepare the countertop for placement by aligning it with the unit.

Step 3: Position the Countertop

Carefully place the TOLKEN countertop onto the cabinet unit. The diagram suggests using weights to hold the countertop steady during the next stage of assembly.

Step 4: Secure the Countertop

The final securing step involves applying any necessary edge banding or adhesive. Follow the instructions, noting the indicated time for the material to set (represented by a clock icon), before confirming the secure attachment (checkmark icon).

Common Configurations

The TOLKEN countertop can be integrated into various furniture setups. Common combinations include:

A 120 cm countertop paired with an 80 cm cabinet unit.
A 120 cm countertop paired with a 120 cm cabinet unit.
Combinations such as a 120 cm or 140 cm countertop with an 80 cm or 100 cm cabinet unit, often featuring specific bracket placements for structural support.
