ALWAYS secure this furniture to the wall using the provided tip-over restraints.
To further reduce the risk of serious injury and death from tip-overs:
- Place heaviest items in the lower drawer.
- Do not set TVs or other heavy objects on top of this product.
- Never let children climb or hang on drawers, doors, or shelves.
The included hardware is designed for securing the furniture to various wall types. Ensure you use the correct fixings for your wall construction. If unsure, consult a professional.
Assembly Instructions
Step 1-3: Base and Frame Assembly
Begin by assembling the base and side panels. Insert wooden dowels (36x) and secure with cam locks (12x) and cam lock screws (12x). Attach drawer runners to the side panels using screws.
Step 4-7: Cabinet Structure
Assemble the main cabinet frame by connecting the side panels, back panels, and internal dividers. Use screws and other fasteners as indicated. Ensure all panels are correctly aligned and secured.
Step 8-9: Top Panel and Reinforcement
Attach the top panel to the assembled cabinet structure. Insert any necessary reinforcing elements or supports to ensure stability.
Step 10-11: Drawer Slides Installation
Install the drawer slides onto the interior sides of the cabinet frame using the provided screws. Ensure they are level and correctly positioned for smooth drawer operation.
Step 12-13: Wall Mounting Bracket Attachment
Attach the wall mounting brackets to the back of the cabinet using screws. These brackets will be used to secure the furniture to the wall.
Step 14-24: Drawer Assembly and Insertion
Assemble each drawer by connecting the drawer sides, back, and base. Attach the drawer fronts. Slide the assembled drawers into the cabinet onto the installed runners. The action of inserting drawers is often accompanied by a "Click!" sound when they are properly seated.
Step 25-30: Final Wall Anchoring
Position the assembled furniture against the wall. Mark the wall through the mounting brackets. Drill pilot holes in the wall according to the wall type (solid, hollow, or wood) using the specified drill bit sizes (e.g., Ø 8 mm or Ø 3 mm). Insert appropriate wall plugs if needed. Secure the furniture to the wall using the provided screws through the brackets. Ensure the furniture is stable and level.
Care and Cleaning
Wipe clean with a cloth damped in a mild cleaner. Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
