Assembly and Disassembly Instructions
The following steps outline the process for accessing and replacing components such as the LED modules and the LED driver. A PH2 screwdriver is required for most operations.
Step 1: Accessing Internal Components
Turn the luminaire upside down to access the rear panel. Identify and remove the screws securing the rear cover. The diagrams indicate specific screw locations for removal.
Required tool: ? PH2 screwdriver.
Visual Description: The underside of the luminaire is shown. Several screws are visible. In some steps, specific screws are circled in red, indicating they need to be removed.
Step 2: Removing the LED Driver
After removing the cover, locate the LED driver (Art.-No.: 8258309.210). Disconnect the power and output connectors. The diagrams show connectors labeled for disconnection.
- Connector Handling:
- "ZIEHEN PULL b)" indicates to pull a connector (e.g., power input, output to LED modules).
- "DRÜCKEN PUSH a)" indicates to push a release mechanism on a connector to detach it.
Visual Description: The internal components are visible, including the LED driver and wiring. Connectors are shown with labels indicating how to disconnect them.
Step 3: Removing LED Modules
Locate the LED modules (Art.-No.: 8258309.205 and 8258309.200). These are typically secured by screws.
- Identify the screws holding the LED module in place.
- Use the ? PH2 screwdriver to remove these screws.
- Carefully detach the LED module.
Visual Description: The LED modules are shown mounted within the luminaire housing. Screws securing the modules are highlighted. The process of pulling out an LED module is depicted.
Step 4: Replacing Components
To replace a component, follow the disassembly steps in reverse. Ensure all connections are secure and all screws are properly tightened.
- Install the new LED module or driver.
- Reconnect all wiring harnesses to their respective ports.
- Secure the component with the appropriate screws.
- Reattach the luminaire cover and fasten it with screws.
Visual Description: Diagrams show the sequence of operations, such as pulling connectors or removing screws, to facilitate component replacement.
Step 5: Final Assembly Check
Ensure all parts are correctly reassembled and secured. The luminaire is now ready for installation or continued use.
