Disassembly and Component Replacement
Required Tool: PH2 Screwdriver.
Follow these steps to access and replace internal components. Ensure the lamp is disconnected from power before proceeding.
Step 1: Accessing Internal Components
Turn the lamp over to access the underside. Identify the screws securing the housing. Use a PH2 screwdriver to remove these screws.
Step 2: Removing the LED Module
Locate the LED module. It is secured by multiple screws. The diagrams indicate these screws are circled in red. Text labels "ZIEHEN PULL" indicate to pull the module after unscrewing.
Unscrew all retaining screws for the LED module.
Carefully pull the LED module out of its housing.
Step 3: Disconnecting the LED Driver
The LED driver is connected to the LED modules and the main power. Diagrams show connection points labeled "DRÜCKEN PUSH a)" and "ZIEHEN PULL b)".
To disconnect the driver, follow the instructions indicated by the labels: push to release (a) or pull to disconnect (b) the respective connectors.
Step 4: Removing the LED Driver
Once disconnected, the LED driver can be removed from the lamp housing.
Step 5: Reassembly
Reassembly involves reversing the disassembly steps. Install the new components (LED module, driver) and secure them with the screws. Reattach any covers removed.
