Step 1: Disassembly - Removing the Main LED Module
To remove the main LED module (Art.-No.: 8258309.205):
- Access the underside of the lamp. A PH2 screwdriver is required.
- Locate the screws securing the LED module, typically marked with red circles in diagrams.
- Use the PH2 screwdriver to remove these screws, following the instruction "ZIEHEN PULL" [Pull].
- Once the screws are removed, the LED module can be detached.
Step 2: Disassembly - Removing the LED Driver
To remove the LED Driver (Art.-No.: 8258309.210):
- Access the underside of the lamp.
- Identify and remove the screws securing the LED driver using a PH2 screwdriver.
- Disconnect the cables connected to the LED driver. This involves actions labeled "DRÜCKEN PUSH a)" [Push to release] and "ZIEHEN PULL b)" [Pull to disconnect] on the connectors.
- After disconnecting all cables, the LED driver can be removed.
Step 3: Disassembly - Accessing and Removing Control Boards
To access and remove the control boards:
- Control Board (Art.-No.: 8258609.220): Access the underside. A cover may need to be folded back ("AUFKLAPPEN FOLD BACK a)" [Fold back cover]). Disconnect cables by pulling them ("ZIEHEN PULL b)" [Pull connector]).
- Small Control Board (Art.-No.: 8258609.225): Locate and remove the screws securing this board on the underside using a PH2 screwdriver. Disconnect its cable by pulling ("ZIEHEN PULL b)" [Pull connector]).
Step 4: Disassembly - Removing Additional LED Modules
To remove the additional LED modules (2 x Art.-No.: 8258309.200):
- Access the underside of the lamp.
- A section of the lamp housing may need to be opened or removed to gain full access.
- Identify and remove the screws securing the additional LED modules using a PH2 screwdriver.
- Pull out the LED modules following the "ZIEHEN PULL" [Pull] instruction.
Reassembly
Reassembly should be performed by reversing the disassembly steps. Ensure all components are correctly connected and securely fastened.
