Important Safety Instructions

For indoor use only. Regularly check the cord, transformer, and all other parts for damage. If any part is damaged, the product should not be used. Keep these instructions for future use.

The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable; when the light source reaches its end of life, the whole luminaire shall be replaced.

This product is not intended for children due to the content of electrical components. IKEA recommends that only adults should handle the recharging. Regularly examine for damage of cord, plug, enclosure, and other parts. In the event of such damage, the product must not be used with the charger. Only to be supplied at SELV (Safety Extra Low Voltage).

Product Features

The EKFÄNN is an illuminated mirror designed for indoor use. It features adjustable brightness and color temperature, and a magnifying function.

Assembly Instructions

The assembly process involves attaching the base, connecting the mirror stem, and securing it with screws. The stem clicks into place when properly connected.

Step 1: Attach the base. Insert the screw into the base and secure it. [?]

Battery Installation

To install batteries, open the compartment on the base. Insert three AA batteries, observing correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment. Batteries are sold separately. Please dispose of used batteries responsibly. [?] [?️]

Charging the Mirror

Charge the mirror using a USB-C cable and a 5V DC Min 1A USB charger (sold separately). Connect the cable to the port on the mirror base. The LED indicator on the base shows the charging status.

LED Indicator Guide:

Flashing green light: Charging in progress.
Steady green light: Charging complete.
Flashing red light: Low battery.

The product may only be charged indoors.

Usage Instructions

Turn the light on/off by touching the control button on the base. Press and hold the button to adjust the brightness. Tap the button to cycle through different color temperature settings (2700K, 4000K, 6500K). [?] [?️]
