Installation in Bathrooms
This product is intended for installation in bathrooms.
Child Safety
- This product is not intended for children due to the content of electrical components.
- IKEA recommends that only adults should handle the recharging.
- Regularly examine for damage of cord, plug, enclosure and other parts. In the event of such damage, the product must not be used with the charger.
Electrical Requirements
- Only to be supplied at SELV (Safety Extra Low Voltage).
Installation
The diagrams show the process of attaching the mirror arm and base. Ensure you select appropriate screws and wall plugs for your wall material.
The product is mounted using screws into the wall.
Diagrams show:
- Attaching the base to the arm.
- Securing the base to the wall with screws (indicated by ➡️ and screw icons).
Battery and Charging
Battery
- Batteries are sold separately. IKEA recommends LADDA rechargeable battery HR06 AA 1.2V. 3 pieces are required.
- Install batteries as shown, observing correct polarity (⚡). The diagrams show inserting batteries into the compartment.
Charging
- The product may only be charged indoors.
- Use a USB-C cable and USB charger (sold separately).
- Connect the USB-C cable to the product and charger.
- The LED light on the mirror's base indicates the battery level:
- Green light flashing: charging in progress.
- Green light steady on: charging complete.
- Red light flashing: low battery.
Light Control
The integrated LED light offers adjustable features:
- Brightness Adjustment: Press and hold the button for [2s] to cycle through brightness levels. A single press cycles through 3 brightness levels ([1x], [2x], [3x]). The diagrams show pressing the button and the light intensity changing.
- Color Temperature Adjustment: Press the button to cycle through different color temperatures (e.g., 2700K ↔️ 4000K ↔️ 6500K). The diagrams show pressing the button and the color temperature changing.
The flexible arm allows for positioning the mirror and light. Diagrams show adjusting the arm's position.
