2.4 Operation Instructions
Initial Setup:
- Ensure all components are correctly installed and tightened.
- Make sure the battery is sufficiently charged.
- Wear appropriate protective gear while riding.
Step 1: Handlebar and Saddle Adjustment
Adjust the handlebar and saddle to a comfortable height based on your height. Ensure the seatpost clamp and handlebar screws are fully tightened. The saddle height should not exceed the white safety line on the seatpost.
Step 2: Power On and Light Adjustment
- Press the power button for 1 second to turn on the bike.
- Press and hold the '+' button to turn on the lights.
- Adjust the front light to illuminate approximately 10 meters ahead.

Maintenance Precautions
3.1 Usage Precautions
General Safety:
- Do not park the electric bike near main building entrances, emergency stairwells, sidewalks, or emergency exits.
- Do not park or charge the bike in residential blocks. Keep flammable materials away from the bike during charging. Charging should not exceed 12 hours.
- Protect electrical components from water. Avoid contact between water and electrical parts like the charging port and wire harness connections when washing the bike.
- When adjusting seatpost and stem height, ensure the safety line markings are not visible.
- Users and dealers are not permitted to modify the bike, including changes to the battery configuration, wiring, increasing bulb power, or adding stereo systems.
Riding Safety:
- Adhere to national and local traffic laws.
- Users under 16 years old cannot ride electric bikes on roads. Electric bikes should not be lent to individuals with maneuvering difficulties.
- Ride on non-motorized paths at speeds not exceeding local limits.
- If carrying a passenger or luggage, do so in accordance with regulations.
- Always wear a properly fastened protective helmet.
- Braking distance is extended in rain or snow; ride with extra caution. Riding in heavy rain is not recommended.
- Follow traffic rules. Riding under the influence of alcohol, riding with one hand, or not holding the handlebars are prohibited.
- Wear bright, loose-fitting clothing for easy movement. Avoid overly large cuffs. Do not wear high-heeled shoes; athletic footwear is recommended.
Precautions for Riding:
- Adhere to traffic rules.
- Wear a helmet and follow safety precautions.
- Accelerate slowly after starting the bike. Rapid acceleration can lead to loss of control.
- Be aware of increased braking distance in rain or snow. Ride carefully to avoid falls.
- Downshift before stopping for the next ride.
Precautions for Pushing and Parking:
- Turn off the power when pushing the bike to prevent accidental acceleration.
- Assist mode can be used for uphill riding or carrying heavy loads.
- When parking, ensure the bike is on a stable surface and turn off the power.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning to keep the bike in optimal condition.
General Vehicle Maintenance and Self-Check:
- Bikes are factory-adjusted for optimal fit. Contact the manufacturer or dealer if you have doubts.
- Regularly check tire pressure.
- Periodically check and adjust components like the handlebar, stem, saddle, seatpost, axles, bottom bracket, gears, chain, wheels, etc., to ensure they are in normal working condition. Tighten any loose nuts and bolts.
- Lubricate parts like front/rear axle bearings, bottom bracket bearings, pedal bearings, and fork mounts every six months with #3 calcium-based grease. Lubricate the chain, shift cable, and kickstand every two months with #30 synthetic oil.
- Replace worn parts (brake pads, chains, tires) with identical types and specifications at a local service point.
Motor Maintenance:
- The motor housing is sealed; do not open it.
- Keep the motor clean and protected from foreign objects, corrosive liquids, and gases. Do not hit or overheat the motor housing.
- The motor has an IPX5 waterproof rating. Do not use high-pressure water jets or submerge the motor in water, as this can cause short circuits and damage electrical parts.
Battery Maintenance:
- Lithium batteries have high capacity and long life, dependent on usage. Charge the battery promptly and avoid storing it uncharged for extended periods.
- Charge the battery fully before first use. Recommended charging time is 6-8 hours, but do not exceed 12 hours.
- If the bike is not used for a long time, charge the battery for over two hours monthly to prevent deep discharge, which can cause irreparable damage.
- DANGER: Do not disassemble old batteries without authorization. Take them to designated disposal or repair points.
- WARNING: Do not place the battery near open flames or high-temperature sources. Do not dispose of it in fire. Protect it from direct sunlight in hot weather.
