2. Quick Start Guide
2.1 Installation Guide
Follow these steps to assemble your bicycle:
Handlebars and Stem Installation
Attach the handlebars to the stem. Align the handlebars correctly and tighten the stem bolts (typically M5 or M6) securely.
Front Fender and Headlight Installation
Mount the front fender onto the front fork using M4 bolts. Attach the headlight to the designated mounting point on the fork or fender using M5 bolts.
Front Wheel Installation
Insert the front wheel into the fork dropouts. Ensure the wheel is seated correctly and the white safety line on the tire remains visible and not covered by the fender. Tighten the wheel axle nuts securely.
Saddle Adjustment
Insert the seatpost into the frame's seat tube. Adjust the saddle height and angle for comfortable riding. Ensure the seatpost is inserted past the minimum insertion line marked on the post.
Kickstand Installation
Attach the kickstand to the mounting bracket on the frame using the provided M6 bolts. Ensure correct orientation (L for left, R for right).
Pedal and Rear Light Installation
Attach the pedals to the crank arms. Note: The left pedal has a reverse thread (turn counter-clockwise to tighten), while the right pedal has a standard thread (turn clockwise to tighten). Mount the rear light to the frame or seatpost, ensuring any necessary wiring is connected.
2.2 Battery Removal and Charging
Battery Removal: To remove the battery, unlock the battery mount using the provided key and slide the battery out of its housing.
Charging:
